This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. - Guests are required to call the property on the provided phone number for book appointment for check in minimum 1 hour before the guest arrive. In the case that the customer contact the property less than an hour before check in closing time to book appointment for check in, the property reserve the right to decline such request. - The Guest will receive instructions with their host number at the day of arrival. Please note that the propertys check in hours are very strict. A late check in have to be notified and approved by the property. In the case of no answer from the property this is considered not approved. If the guest dont proceed check in within the propertys check in hours the property have the right to mark the reservation a no show, with a full cancelation fee. - Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. - Guests are required to show a photo ID and a valid credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 10:00:00. Managed by a private host
