*Venue Policy and Booking Terms*

*Full payment is required prior to check-in, please

* A security deposit of 100 Omani Rials should be paid one day before arrival at the retreat. It will be refunded after check-out and inspection of the retreat.

* The maximum number of guests allowed is 20 for day use without overnight stay and 20 adults for overnight stay.

* Please adhere to the check-out time. Any delay will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas such as the hall, rooms, and restrooms.

* Bathing with colored cotton clothes is not allowed to prevent color leakage and damage to the pool water.

* Pouring any liquids into the swimming pool (soap, juices, and other beverages) is strictly prohibited due to the significant damage and maintenance cost.

* Consumption of alcoholic beverages and mixed parties is strictly prohibited.

* Changing or moving the indoor furniture is not allowed without prior permission.

* In the event of cancellation before 5 days from the booking date, the full amount will be refunded. After that, the paid amount will be deducted.

* The retreat management is not responsible for the loss of belongings, accidents, or injuries, God forbid.

* Kindly clean the retreat before departure.

* Please inform the retreat management of any special occasions, including birthdays and other events.

* In the event of breakage, damage, or failure to clean, we apologize, and the deduction will be made from the security deposit.

* Loud music and noisy parties are prohibited to avoid disturbing neighboring houses.

* In case of damage or malfunction of the mentioned conditions, including smoking, cleanliness, pool hygiene, and furniture, the deduction will be made from the security deposit.
