I've stayed at the Cisco Hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Stunning architecture, fantastic facilities, and room.

We had a great time staying here, but be aware that it's a little up in the hills. I believe the up and down walking actually helped us acclimate and prepare for our hike. A very nice place with great staff. felt like a very secure facility as well. The terrace and the city's view were very nice. We mostly used the internet from here and had a great time using it. The water wasn't very hot, but that's not a big deal. Loved the easy walk into the Plaza del Area and San Pietro area. Please bear in mind that the hills' streets are very narrow, and your taxi may not get you all the way to the doorstep. As we travel with backpacks, it wasn't an issue.

We had a great stay. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The reception was always available and helpful, happily printing out needed travel documents, storing our luggage while hiking the inca trail, arranging ground transportation, and bringing information about Cisco.

For the snacks, it's yummy! The internet at the Atom hotel is also good. In the hotel area it's still quiet but still in a great location for walking around wherever you want to go.

We stayed in Cisco for 15 days and then trekking there. Hotel was very accommodating, safe to store our luggage, help with logistics, and friendly, breakfast was varied and filling and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's close to the Main Square with beautiful city view. I would definitely recommend this place.
