After our five-day journey to Machu Pichu, the hotel was swift in settling us in. This helped us to rest since we were exhausted. After we checked in, the room was mostly tidy and clean. When guests would need to enter the hotel at night, the loud doorbell's noise was one of the things that made our stay less than ideal. It was so loud that it was all over the entire structure. Also, in the hours between AM and noon, a caller from another outside called us asking about touring services woke us up. When we attempted to fill the sink or tub, there was an unpleasant water odor. Also, the vent behind the toilet was producing a loud water odor. The room was tidy, but when we stayed in the room longer, there were a lot we had to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are spacious enough, clean, the showers are always hot and water pressure is enough. The included breakfast was good! The only problem is a 20 minute walk to the center and 3 young women felt uncomfortable walking home in the dark. However, taxis are cheap 610 sol for one way. The hotel would also summon taxis for us. The staff were friendly and helpful but did not speak much english.

Due to its reasonable price and good rating, we stayed at this hotel for 7 days during our last trip to Cuz. While not in the city center, it is a nice choice for those visiting Cuz. The Plaza de Areas is about a mile away, and a taxi would take you there for less than 5 soles 2 dollars. The rooms are clean and in good shape. The bathrooms could use some improvement, there are no drapes to prevent water going around. Since there isn't an elevator, carrying your luggage upstairs is challenging. The staff was always kind, and the view from the dining area is breathtaking!.

We were very early for Cisco that day and the staff immediately showed us the room to rest. The hotel room was very spacious. There was not enough hot water to go around at night, but the staff were very quick to fix that. The rooms were quite cold at night, but there was a small heater in the room. They didn't speak very well English but were very friendly. On our last day, we had an early checkout time and the staff prepared a delicious breakfast which was outside the normal breakfast time and a taxi to drop us off at the airport.
