Jättebra hotel med jättetrevlig personal. Ligger 10-15 minuters promenad från plaza de armaz. San pedromarknaden på andra sidan gatan. Jättebra restaurang intill (urpi) och en livsmedelsaffär runt hörnet. Stor altan på taket.

Staff were excellent. They were very helpful. Packed us a nice to go breakfast early in the morning. Kept our luggage for a day after we had checked out. Even let us sit in their lobby after we had checked out while we were waiting for our transportation. Special thanks to Emmanuel, the lady with glasses and all others in the lobby. They had excellent vegetarian choices for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were always available to help. The hotel has an elevator which was very nice to have. Loved the location as we could walk everywhere. It was great to have heating in the room finally, but they only turn it on at 7:00pm and it shuts off in the morning around 6:00am. Breakfast was great. The only negative was the bathroom did not smell good, you could smell the sewer which was not pleasant. But we loved this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Really great spot with its proximity to Plaza de Armas. Awesome breakfast choices and they would even pack you a breakfast if you have to leave early. The Presidential room is HUGE! It has a jacuzzi as a feature but I would have preferred a step in shower as getting in and out of it can be tricky. Take note you do hear the city outside as the windows are not sealed and the market is right across but to me it’s a non issue. And I am very very thankful that the hotel has an oxygen tank as my son’s altitude sickness was bad enough for him to need it Highly recommend this hotel

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del mercado San Pedro en Cusco a un costado de la iglesia de San Pedro y 4 cuadras de la Catedral . En el hotel te ofrecen the de coca las 24 hrs y tienen tanque de oxígeno. Complemento ideal para el viaje . Amable el personal del hotel.

I’ll start by mentioning I’m not a very picky individual, nor do I travel ‘bougie,’ but this hotel was a very nice stay. Pros: • hot running water (my first time showering I waited a few minutes for the water to heat then it was good to go.) • WiFi • walkable distance to many popular attractions • laundry service • rooftop access • 24/7 access to tea station • elevator & stairs • airport shuttle service (10/10) Cons: • the buffet could offer more variety • the window in my bathroom wouldn’t lock!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was very good and convenient, close to everything I needed. It made getting around very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
