Victor and his family run a beautiful bed and breakfast. Place was very clean, morning breakfast was lovely, they offer transportation pick up from the airport. On my early morning tours they gave me breakfast to go. I can't say how much I enjoyed staying at this property plus its a bonus if you like to walk, it takes about 20 minutes to the city center. I give 10/10 mucho gracias Victor!!

We had great stay at the hotel. We were family of 4 with 3 adults and 1 child age 16. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and tasty. Overall great experience. The rooms don't have AC or heater but we were able to get portable heater for night.

The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. He was helpful as we were trying to get our luggage from another company. He personally took our orders for breakfast. He was kind and welcoming. The hotel was very nice and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and also spacious. The staff were accommodating as we required an extra night and they sorted it out for us immediately. We did have to hire a heater from them as, as is quite normal in Cusco, it gets chilly at night time and most places don’t use central heating. We slept great both nights, and breakfast was a nice added touch.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Ureta Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. What truly made my experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the staff. I had several early morning excursions that required me to leave before breakfast service began, and the team consistently went above and beyond by preparing packed breakfasts for me to take on the go. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a big difference during my trip. I also experienced some altitude sickness during my stay, and the staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and supportive. They provided helpful recommendations, checked in on me, and made sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable and recover. Their genuine concern for guests was evident throughout my stay. The combination of excellent service, thoughtful accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made my time at Ureta Hotel unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Victor and staff were amazing. Our bags were lost for couple days they accommodate our charges and shampoos and conditioners and soaps. Clean and nearby lots of stores. Walking distance to the central park 10-15 minutes. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and catered to our every need. They provided tea immediately upon arriving which helped a lot with my altitude sickness. They provide breakfast daily and they give you many different of food for you to decide between. You can choose all of them as well, and the food is all very high quality. I am not a native Spanish speaker, and they helped me and translated and talked with me, and made sure I understood and was getting what I wanted. They also asked what time we wanted our breakfast if we were going to leave early, and provided it when we needed to leave early. Inside the room, there was a TV, chargers, and a HOT shower. They provided room cleaning options daily, and we always came back to a spotless room every time. The beds were clean, shampoo and soap provided, and all super beyond up to par. This hotel is also very much walkable, and located near a lot of stores that give water and food when needed. There are literally no issues that I have with this hotel. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. My only complaint is that I couldn’t spend more time here. 5/5, 100/100, 10/10

As soon as we arrived the host made us Coco tea to help adjust to the altitude and he provided us with a map where he highlighted restaurants to visit and places to see around Cusco. He was so helpful and kind. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. The owner and his wife are very sweet!

A 15 minute walk from the center of town, but we never minded it. There are a couple of nice places for dinner right nearby too, if you want a break from the pricier touristy spots by the Plaza de Armas. The hotel is spotless and modern, and the staff wonderful. We stayed there in 3 installments, with tours in between, and they held our bags, handled our laundry, and were extremely attentive to every need. Top notch service at a very reasonable price.

Brindan un delicioso desayuno y cuando vas de tour te obsequian botellas de agua y una bolsa con frutas y snack, la atención es muy agradable. Las habitaciones son bonitas. La limpieza es excelente, todos los días encontraba mi habitación limpia y con paños nuevos. Los recomiendo.
