I was in Samar province for work. In advance of my flight, I made a deluxe room reservation for one person at the Anger Inn, supposedly for May 28, but because I have to stay longer in Calbayog, I have to change my reservation the next day. Their staff who answer my calls and text messages is very polite and accommodating. They immediately addressed my needs prior to my visit until checkout. The room exceeded my expectations, more than what I paid for. Toiletries are available, the shower room is large, there are hangers in the cabinet, they provided a double bed for one person. The interior is boutique style, the flyscreen is positioned in front of the bed, there is a working table with a nearby outlet, aircorn works well and has blinds. For future cartman trips, whether for work or for pleasure, I will undoubtedly use their services again.

The room is far superior to what I expected, more than what I paid for. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. We stayed there twice on this trip. My only complaint was the first stay they only gave us one towel for a double room. please just put two towels in all double rooms.

Initially, the staff were very good and helpful and I even gave an oral review recording letting them know how much we enjoyed our stay. However, when we informed them upon our last night of stay, and that we will be leaving early in the morning, things being said didn't make sense. They told us that the manager called and said the online price was different than the in house price and that we had to pay the difference. We explained that we should have been informed upon our arrival, not four nights later. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good and even brought to our room. But, the hotel management aren’t making any sense concerning guests who use online booking services. There should be honesty and straightforwardness. John 14:6

Room smelled bad. Air con didnt work. Desk service was completely rude. Room did not match description on Expedia and expedia did nothing to remedy anybof this.
