Cleanliness

Keep the unit tidy at all times.

Garbage disposal:

Place your tied garbage bags outside the unit between 5:00–9:00 PM or 9:00–11:30 AM.

If you miss the collection, you may bring garbage to Basement 5 bins.

Food & Cooking

Microwave oven available for reheating food.

Please avoid cooking fried or strong-smelling food (e.g., fried fish).

If cooking, turn on the exhaust fan and open windows.

Noise & Guests

This is a residential property. Keep noise to a minimum.

Parties are strictly not allowed.

Security

Always lock the door when leaving (auto-lock after 30 seconds).

Electricity

Conserve power by switching off AC and appliances when not in use.

Amenities

Swimming Pool (5th floor): Open Tuesday–Friday only, closed on Mondays, weekends, and holidays.

Follow condominium rules when using facilities.

Smoking/Vaping

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the unit. (Smoke-free building policy)

Check-out Reminder

Wash and return all used dishes, utensils, and cookware.

🧹 Cleaning
Please Clean As You Go (CLAYGO) to help keep the unit fresh.

Optional cleaning service available upon request: ₱400/day.

Cleaning supplies are provided in the unit for your use.

Please note that there is no parking slot included in the booking. However, I am more than willing to assist you in prebooking a parking slot within our building (subj to availability). The rate for parking is P 500 per night. Alternatively, you have the option to park at Uptown Mall or Uptown Parade.
