Welcome, and thank you for choosing to stay with us! 🌿 We want you to have an amazing time in Tagaytay. To make sure everyone has a great experience, we just ask that you keep these simple rules in mind. They’re not meant to be strict — just a little courtesy goes a long way!

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 2:00 PM to 7pm
• Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged, subject to availability — just let us know in advance!

🔇 Quiet Hours
• Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• We have neighbors, so kindly avoid loud music, shouting, or anything that might disturb those around you.
• The cool Tagaytay vibe is best enjoyed calmly anyway. 😊

🎉 No Parties or Events
• The unit is for registered guests only — not for hosting parties, gatherings, or events.
• Small, quiet get-togethers are fine, but large groups are not permitted.
• Any damage caused by unauthorized gatherings will be charged to the guest.

👥 No Additional Guests
• Only the guests listed at the time of booking are allowed to stay overnight.
• Visitors are welcome during daytime hours, but must not stay overnight.
• Please inform us ahead of time if your group size changes.

🚬 No Smoking or Vaping
• This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free unit — indoors and on the balcony.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the building.
• Evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a cleaning fee.

🐾 No Pets
• We love animals too, but unfortunately pets are not allowed in the unit.
• This is to maintain cleanliness and respect for future guests.

🧹 General Care
• Please treat the space like your own home — keep it tidy and report any damage promptly.
• Kindly wash used dishes and dispose of trash in the designated bins.
• Do not rearrange or remove any furniture or items from the unit.

🔑 Security & Safety
• Please lock the door when leaving and keep the key safe.
• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
• Do not share the unit access with anyone outside your registered group.
