We stayed in a private room and had a good time overall. It was the nicest furnished room weve stayed in, along with the bathroom, also the most expensive room weve had but Siquijor seems to be a relatively expensive island for lodging, they arranged for our scooter rental, which is much needed for this accommodation due to it's location unless you just plan to take a tricycle everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Rex!, they have laundry services and a lovely dog! Food was slightly overpriced, but nothing extraordinary and tasted good so wasn't an issue. Rp for a liter of water is also quite more than elsewhere, but it's not too big of a deal.

I viewed a variety of websites when choosing a place to stay and usually decide for one based on prices and reviews. I can only assume that some of the people stayed somewhere else or that there were terrible owners all over San Juan after reading the reviews on ta because I read the negative comments about a lot of places I looked at. My experience was excellent, but maybe thats because I have good expectations. It was clean, quiet, had decent internet, and a lovely little cat named Henry. The dorms cost 300 piss per night and included several fans 2 on the floor 4 above the top bunks, plus 2 outlets for each bunk. Although some people may find the showers a touch rustic because they lack proper shower heads or hot water, which I only thought about when I took a shower at night after three weeks in the philippines, I can say that cliff garden was my favorite place to stay. I left a little over a day ago to travel to Boho, and i wouldn't lie if I said I didn't wish I could have stayed another few nights. At the docks, I would advise renting a scooter at the docks, there are places at the Siquijor Arena ports, and for a low cost of 100 p theyll let you drop it off at the other port or, if you prefer

After arriving on the ferry from cell late, we discovered Cliff Garden on the internet, and we are very thankful that we did. Julius, the lovely lady at reception, was incredibly friendly and showed us the lovely room, which was lovely and a Bali-style room with a lovely outdoor shower. Due to cancellation, we were able to stay two more nights and each day had pancakes for breakfast, which are a very generous portion that was sufficient for two people. They let us also leave our bags with them while we took a couple days touring the island. There might be only cold water and a few cobwebs, but it's outside, so the shower area is usually the only drawback. We appreciate the lovely workers at cliff garden.

The restaurant is very expensive and renting scooters from them is too expensive compared to other offers on the island. The 3 Filipino guys who work at the restaurant are the nicest people ever, unfortunately, the owner, a girl from Germany, and the most unfriendly person on the island limit their activities. She doesn't care about her guests, doesn't say hi, and there is literally no interaction between her and the guests. The bed is unfortunately also very uncomfortable, and it wouldn't make any difference if you just sleep on wood or pie on this mattress. Overall, it's a nice place but it's very unfortunate that the owner is so unfriendly which makes me not book this place again!.

This place is recommended. For three nights, I stayed in their newly renovated dorm, and it was fantastic. The area has a sea panorama view, and the ability to charge my phone in bed. They have a private locker, numerous well-placed fans, and an outdoor bathroom, giving me the impression of being in a 5 star resort in Moldavia. When going to sleep, you can also hear a peaceful background sound from the ocean. For all dietary preferences, they provide fantastic cuisine and beverages at their restaurantbar.
