Extra adults aged 13 years old and above are permitted depending on the room category, at PHP 1,800.00 per head per night.
Failure to present a valid ID may result in check-in being declined, and the confirmed booking may only be rebooked for a future stay. No refund will be provided.

Partying inside the room is strictly not allowed.A minimum penalty of PHP 10,000.00 may be charged for partying, with additional charges depending on the disturbance caused to other guests and the severity of room damage.
Pets are not allowed.
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and similar items are strictly prohibited inside the room and balcony, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9211 and Tagaytay City Ordinance No. 2012-033.Violators of the smoking policy will be charged a minimum penalty of PHP 5,000.00.Depending on the severity of the smell damage in the room, the total room cost may also be charged.
The security deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or additional charges during the stay.
This reservation is non-refundable.In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

Check-in Instruction
• One valid ID must be presented for each guest. A birth certificate, as well as a student ID will be required for those who do not already have a government-issued ID. Failure to do so may result in a refusal to proceed with check-in. The confirmed booking will be rebooked for future use (refund will not be extended)
• The hotel’s check –in time is at 2PM and check –out is at 12NN for all room categories. Request for early check –in and late check –out is subject to room availability

Visitors/unregistered guests are strictly not permitted to enter the room regardless whether family member or living in one household. They can only be entertained at the restaurant or Lobby, and may be penalized if they enter the room or use the facilities unknowingly
• Rates include breakfast good for registered and allowed number of adults depending on room category. 0 – 6 years of age are free of breakfast while 7 – 12 years old will have breakfast fee payable at the Restaurant
• In-house guests are free of parking, internet access and use of the infinity pool and fitness center

• For health and safety reason of all guests, we kindly ask that outside food and beverages, including food deliveries, not be brought into the hotel premises. Please note that a corresponding penalty fee may apply for non-compliance with this policy.
• Cellar Premier or Premier Family is not advisable for seniors/PWD using wheelchair or having difficulty with long walks as there is no ramp going to the room and guests need to use the stairs along poolside

• FITNESS CENTER – available from 7AM – 9PM. Guests must reserve their preferred schedule at the Front Desk as only 4 persons are allowed per hour
• BELLISSIMA RESTAURANT – serves breakfast between 7AM –10AM for in-house guests.
Restaurant is open for walk-ins from 11AM – 9PM everyday but offers a la carte menu. Last order taken at 8PM.
• VEDERE SPA – opens from 12NN – 9PM daily. Last call for reservation is at 8PM.
