The only drawback is the lack of dining nearby. 7-11 on the ground floor and Jolidees down the street, both bad choices. I had an early departure from the Madman airport cell. This hotel is close by. The staff is excellent. The room was clean and quiet. He took an early taxi and arrived at the airport in time. Excellent location.

Very easy accessibility to transportation. The hotel is on the third floor of the building without elevator but the guards below and the staff would gladly help you. It happened that I had a lot of luggage and they were very helpful. 711 convenience store is on the ground floor. Adequate room with bathroom amenities like shampoo, tissue and soap. Twin beds are also in good size. Would be nice if there was a kettle for hot coffee and tea. It would go a long way. a few minutes drive without traffic from the airport

This is the location to be if you're seeking a short stay in mandate. This is a place to stay. The staff at the front desk, Jennylyn and Lynn, was quite helpful during our stay. If you stay here, Jun Rey is a nice guy. He is eager to answer your questions like a concierge les chefs dor. This budget accommodation is adequate for relaxing. While star-branded hotels may not have the same amenities, toiletries, and amenities, remember that you have reserved a room in a low-cost location. Although the cleaning was excellent, housekeeping staff was excellent and stocked daily with soaps and toilet paper. The faucet and groups have no water traces. Service was fantastic.

One of the cleanest and most modern places we stayed while in the Philippines. Our hosts were kind and extremely accommodating. The funeral manager was excellent. His young daughter, Denny, is a wonderful man. He took our taxi back to the international airport in Cell. Very reasonable, and he even let us store our bags and gave us a space to change in as we had to check out hours earlier than our flights. 5 stars. If you're there with kids, head to the water park on top of the shopping center. 5 minutes walk from the felix residences. entry fee is very low. An hour long massage was incredible. And a voucher for food. The water in the pools is chilly.. but it's a fantastic day out. Wonderful infinity pool with a view of the city..

Very pleasantly settled by its clean condition and comfort. The hotel is located close to the airport and many stores and is also a safe way to go downtown. I would definitely recommend it to those on a tight budget. The staffs were incredibly helpful and pleasant.
