Our room is a suitable size. We were quiet, so we slept soundly. Low water pressure. There were nine channels, three in English, three in Korea, and three in Filipino. Only one English channel could be used without any transmission problems. The Masu movie channel had sound and still images. We were told they were solving the transmission issues. There are only two electrical outlets in the room, and one is non-repairable. The hotel offers a large, chlorinated covered pool. The staff was excellent, especially our room attendant who was exceptionally pleasant. The hotel provides a secure 24-hour shuttle service to most locations for a modest fee or a tip on the free routes. It appears that the main customers are Koreans driving 18 holes at the nearby golf course and Filipinos driving at night.

Despite not getting close to a 4 or 5-star hotel, this one has the best service. They have a wonderful pool size. a good massage room. Excellent restaurant. It is true that this hotel is owned by Koreans and is frequented by several. No issues with this hotel. They offer free transportation to and from the main street, and you can easily bring a visitor to your room. The staff is all very amiable, as are the security employees. This is a superb inexpensive hotel. Every day is the room was cleaned. All single travelers should stay at this hotel. Although I have seen families stay at the hotel, some families with children may not be suitable. The hotel was safe and acceptable for all guests. Additionally, they will offer you a free ride to Clark airport. I plan to return. I stayed in February 2015.

Compared to the previous place, it felt like a Korean hotel. The hotel is better for Korean tourists than others. They provide pickup and drop-off services, which are convenient. Standard rooms are of appropriate size and tidy, but the whole building looks dated and needs immediate updates. There are safes in the lobby next to the reception instead of each room.

Staff is great, very friendly. Breakfast very good, restaurant staff very friendly. Owner great, friendly and approachable. Sadly, entire property infected with a small ant like bug in restaurant and in rooms. Crawling on table during meals, on bed, chairs, in bathroom. Had to have bed replaced on check in. But, bugs returned and disrupted sleep every night. Will not use hotel again...

Not woth it. Poor maintainance. Old and smelly rooms. We got 3 rooms and we didt like it at all. Doors are unsafe, locks are not working. No hot shower. Dirty bathroom. Toilet flush not working. At least, aircon are working. .
