Building request for vaccination card copy or certificate 2 days prior check-in: send it to the owner.
Personal meet up at the lobby for the pub key and code needed, upon arrival.
Duplicating of keys, NOT ALLOWED will cost a fee if lost/damaged for replacement. It will apply charge fees.
Unit renter will register their guest/s to the reception desk log book and leave their id.
ALL VISITORS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE COVENT GARDEN SOUTH TOWER VISITORS LOG SHEET/BOOK. Available at the lobby desk.
IF RENTER DECIDED TO GET SOME DELIVERIES OUTSIDE, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE GATEPASS, security will not let you take it in. BUILDING PROTOCOLS. FOOD NO NEED GATEPASS.

Owner’s Provided Checklist inside the UNIT according to the building Administration Office.
BUILDING GUIDLINES:
Frequent hand washing. Keep unit clean and tidy as possible, please treat it like your home.
Circuit Breaker inside the unit, for the unit.
(3) Window type Air conditioner (A/C); (2) standard and (1) remote controlled.
(1) Black 2 burner Electric stove is encouraged in the property. LPG is strictly prohibited.
(2) Single Point water heater Installed each bathroom.
(1) unit – Gideon 10lbs Fire Extinguisher ABC dry Chemical.
(1) black Range Hood exhaust with lights installed.
Every 3rd day of the week, housekeeping will be entered to the unit to collect dirty linens and towels. Also, to keep the unit clean and tidy. Please contact us for any assistance. If housekeeping arrived in the unit without your presence, they still need to do their job and check the unit. Please be advised, upon entering the unit with or without your presence. Housekeeping will let you know when they entered the unit. Expect that they will leave a note each cleaning without your presence.
GREASE TRAP under the sink- cleaning every month or if needed to avoid awful smell and over spill. May result at the expense of the unit owner, if unmaintained or held liable for any damage that may cause other units.
To prevent overcrowding in the unit and in sharing amenities, the maximum number of occupants or guests including infants, children, household staff, residing nurses or caregiver, body guards etc. Allowed per unit; 46.72 sq.m – 48.42 sq.m : MAX 1-5 guest/s only.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN BUILDING AND UNIT; VIOLATORS WILL BE FORCED TO CHECK OUT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Damage to the property/unit
Any loss of unit property will be accountable/ liable and will be charged unto you.
Use of LPG gas or open flames/fire
Guest/Visitors bringing own appliances.
Smoking inside the Unit such as common area, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, etc and building such as lobby, hallways, fire exits, gym, swimming pool, parking area and all common area for building safety requirement.
Removal of plugged machine on the wall outlet, please use available extension.
Overcrowding (1-5 Guest/s only allowed)
Hanging of clothes exposed to the public view.
Lobby desk personnel in NOT accepting unit keys, packages, laundry, water container, any payment such as cash or checks unless otherwise with pre-approval of the Property Manager/ Admin.
PROHIBITS the use of open flames/fire within any common area. A kitchenette of the unit is for basic cooking purposes. Guest are limited using only the appliances provided in the kitchen. NO GUEST shall bring or USE their own cooking or heating appliances in the 909 UNIT. THE PHILIPPINES OPERATES ON A 220V SUPPLY VOLTAGE AND 60Hz ONLY!
