• Please treat our home the same way you would treat your own. Weve put a lot of work into making this a beautiful place for our guests to enjoy.
• Maintaining a good level of cleanliness during your stay will make check-out much easier.
• Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet.
• Never leave children unsupervised on our home if there are no adults present. Guests are solely responsible for their children's safety.
• When you leave, please turn off the lights, aircon and any other small electrical appliances.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the unit (FINE 1000
PHP)
• Please do not bring any kitchen utensils outside in order to avoid misplacing or losing them.
• Please put all of the things back where you found them. This will make the inventory process easier.
• Please refrain from moving any furniture without our prior approval.
• Charges will be made for appliances, furniture, linens, and towels that are lost, stolen, or broken.
• Report any accidental damages or breakages as soon as possible, especially before check-out.
• If any damage happens by accident, we'll look into it and decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• CLEAN AS YOU GO (in case you left the unit messy, cleaning fee will be charge 500 PHP)
