Airport transfers are available as follows:
Naga Airport to/from Hotel – PHP 300.00 per person, per way
Guests are kindly requested to provide their flight schedule at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date so we can properly coordinate the transfer with our Concierge Team.
For transfers to/from Daraga Airport, a special trip service fee applies. Guests may contact the property directly for further details and applicable rates.
Bed Configuration: To manage bed type requests, please be advised of our bed configuration per room:

Standard Single – 1 Single Bed (good for 1 pax)
Standard Double – 1 Matrimonial Bed (good for 2 pax)
Family Room – 2 Matrimonial Beds (good for 4 pax)

Children and Extra Person/Bed Policy
- A maximum of 2 children aged 11 years old and below may stay in the room free of charge, subject to the room’s maximum occupancy.
- Children aged 12 years old and above are considered extra persons and are subject to the applicable Extra Person/Bed charge.
- The 3rd child or additional child, regardless of age, is also subject to the applicable Extra Person/Bed charge.
- Extra Person/Bed charges are subject to room capacity and availability.
Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the room rates but may be added at PHP 492.04 per person (discounted rate for in-house guests). Breakfast is served at RJ’s Buffet at Villa Caceres Hotel, which is approximately a 1–3-minute walk from Robertson Hotel.

Room Service: Room service is available, with selections from Villa Caceres Hotel’s Rolando’s Café menu.
Pool Use
Robertson Hotel in-house guests are entitled to a 50% discount for pool and gym use at Villa Caceres Hotel.

Day Use – PHP 400.00 | Discounted Rate: PHP 200.00
Night Use – Php 500.00 | Discounted Rate: Php 250.00

Kids (11 years old and below)
Day Use – PHP 250.00 | Discounted Rate: PHP 125.00
Night Use – PHP 350.00 | Discounted Rate: PHP 175.00

Gym Use
Day Use – PHP 300.00 | Discounted Rate: PHP 150.00
Night Use – PHP 400.00 | Discounted Rate: PHP 200.00

Operating Hours:
Swimming Pool: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Gym: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Gym access is available to guests 15 years old and above only.

Robertson Hotel in-house guests are entitled to a 20% discount on the Spa rates of Villa Caceres Hotel. Please note that the 20% discount does not apply to in-room massage services.
