Sojourn at SMDC Hope Residences

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay for you and all residents, please take a moment to review our house rules and accommodation guide.

Pre-Registration & Check-In Requirements
* Guest Registration: All guests must be pre-registered and approved by the building administration prior to arrival.
* ID Submission: Please send a photo of a valid ID (passport for foreign nationals) for each guest to the host or property manager at least 1 weekday before check-in to guarantee timely registration.
* Note: Failure to comply with registration procedures may result in building administration denying entry. This will be treated as a "no-show" and is ineligible for a refund.
* Security Deposit: A security deposit of PHP 1,000.00 is required in cash upon check-in. This will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damage, loss, or unpaid fees have occurred.
* Cleaning Fee: A cash cleaning fee per stay is collected at check-in based on occupancy:
* 1–2 Guests: PHP 500.00
* 3 Guests: PHP 600.00
* 4 Guests: PHP 700.00
* Arrival Inspection: Please report any missing or damaged items within 3 hours of check-in to prevent incorrect charges to your account.

Check-Out Guidelines
* Key Return: Upon departure, please leave all unit keys and the entry card on the dining table.
* Replacement Fees: Lost keys will incur a fee of PHP 200.00 per key, and lost entry cards will incur a fee of PHP 1,100.00 per card.

House Rules & Care of the Unit
* Quiet Hours: Kindly observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
* Appliances & Utilities: Please turn off all lights and appliances (except the refrigerator) when leaving the unit.
* Induction Cooktop: To prevent damage, do not heat pans on the induction cooktop without water or oil.
* Cooking: Please refrain from cooking foods with strong, lingering odors (such as dried fish or pungent sauces/gravies).
* Washing Machine: The appliance is available for guest use with a maximum load capacity of 6 kilograms per wash cycle.
* Waste Management: Please dispose of all garbage properly inside the provided trash cans.
* Prohibited Items: For safety and hygiene, smoking, pets, candles, and window decorations are strictly prohibited.
* Damages: If something breaks or malfunctions during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for repairs or replacements.

Safety & Building Regulations
* Hallway Policy: Personal items, footwear, and luggage must not be left outside the front door or in the hallway.
* Fire Safety: Please keep the fire exit completely clear at all times. Do not move or tamper with the fire extinguisher unless there is an emergency.
* Legal Compliance: Engaging in illegal activities anywhere within the unit or the Hope Residences premises is strictly prohibited.
* Community Guidelines: We kindly ask that you scan the onsite QR code to watch the Hope Residences ‘Good Neighbor Guide’ video.

Amenities & Additional Fees
* Children: One child aged 4 and below may stay free of charge. Our unit accomodates a total of 4 guests (all ages).
* Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and available at a rate of PHP 200.00 per hour.
* On-Site Parking: Available starting at PHP 300.00 per day, subject to parking slot availability.
* Swimming Pool Access: Pre-registration through your host or property manager is required.
* Regular Days: PHP 150.00 per guest (all ages)
* Holidays: PHP 300.00 per guest (all ages)
* Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
* Note: Pools are generally closed on Mondays for maintenance, though schedules may vary. For the latest schedule, please contact Ms. Lopez.
