-All food left overs must be sealed inside garbage bag
-Observe silence after 9pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours
-No slippers or shoes allowed outside the door
-No hanging clothes and other items outside the balcony or other areas outside the unit that can be seen outside the building is probihited
-Please do not throw paper towels or feminine products in the toilet. a trashcan is provided.
-Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the premises. Smoking in the balcony is OK.
-kindly turn off all appliances and lights upon check-out
-Please note we are not a Hotel so we don't clean rooms everyday only for Guests that are staying 7Days onwards

-For security reasons, visitors aren't allowed inside the premises
