Trip Inn

1. Check-out time is 11:00am; Check-in time is 2:00 pm. The guest shall give up and completely vacate his room(s) in the Hotel on the date and at the time stated in his scheduled departure. Extension of stay will be subject to room availability and should be immediately referred to the front desk for proper handling.
2. On failure to notify the front desk of the extension of stay, subject to room availability, the Hotel will have the right to assume possession of his room, remove and safe keep guest’s belongings.
3. Room key should be surrendered at the Front Desk before departing the hotel.
4. SMOKING inside the room and in any part of the establishment is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. As hotel policy we shall charge PHP 5,000 penalty per offense.
5. Kindly switch-off lights, TV, air-condition unit and other electrical appliances. Make sure all faucets / showers are properly turned-off when not in use.
6. The interior decoration/ arrangement of each room is fixed and cannot be changed to suit the wishes of any guest.
7. Before or at designated Check-out Time, please allow our Housekeeping Staff to check your room for any left belonging.
8. Animals of any description are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the property.
9. The GUEST ensures that nothing shall be attached to floors, wall, ceiling of Trip inn premises by nails, screws, glue gun or other means, otherwise any damage caused shall be charged to the guest’s account.
10. Illegal activities (such as but not limited to gambling, use of drugs, etc.) are NOT ALLOWED within the hotel premises. 11. Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guest – such as but not limited to lingering smell from smoke, market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be automatically charged to your account at a full night stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement depending on the management’s decision.
A security deposit of PHP 500 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Extra bed is not available at this property.
