CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT GUIDELINESOur standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. We understand travel plans can vary, so if you need an early check-in or a late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability upon arrival or departure. Should the room be available, the applicable charges will follow the best available rate of the day.
CHILD ACCOMMODATION POLICYAccommodation and breakfast (if included in the rate) are complimentary for up to 2 children under 6 years old sharing their parents’ room. For children aged 6 to 12 years, accommodation is complimentary, and breakfast is offered at a 50% discount. Guests aged 13 years and above will be charged the full breakfast rate of Php 1,329.80.

EXTRA PERSON POLICYFor additional occupants, an extra person fee of PHP 1,500 net per person per night will apply, subject to the maximum occupancy permitted for the room category reserved. Please note that this fee covers accommodation only and does not include breakfast. Should you wish to avail of breakfast, it may be added at the prevailing rate.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSITUpon arrival, a security deposit of Php 2,000.00 per room per night will be collected through cash or credit card to cover any incidental charges during your stay (such as dining or other consumptions). If paid in cash, thedeposit will be fully refunded upon check-out; if secured by credit card, the amount will simply be released following verification.
NO SHOW POLICYIn the event of a no-show, the applicable no-show charge will apply. If you wish to reinstate your reservation, we will be happy to check availability and assist you with the best options we have at that time.
NUMBER OF GUESTS GUIDELINESThe number of guests entered during booking reflects the total number of people for your entire reservation, regardless of the room’s maximum occupancy or the number of rooms booked. For example, if you reserve two rooms and indicate two adults, we will allocate one adult per room rather than two adults in each room. If you would like to add additional guests, we’ll be happy to assist—an extra person charge will apply, as long as the total number of occupants stays within each room’s maximum capacity
Parking is located in the basement and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For added convenience, valet parking is also available for a nominal fee.
PETS ON PROPERTY We understand how important your pets are to you. However, please note that we currently do not have the facilities to accommodate them during your stay.
PROHIBITED ITEMS To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, the hotel enforces strict security measures and does not allow firearms, ammunition, illegal substances, or sharp and dangerous objects—including but not limited to knives (folded, buckle, Swiss knives), ice picks, scissors, and metal knuckles—on the premises; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
RATE POLICYOur rates are based on the number of adults and/or children entered at the time of booking, rather than the room’s maximum capacity. If you wish to add an additional guest beyond what was originally confirmed, we’ll be happy to assist—an extra person charge will apply, provided the total number of occupants remains within the maximum capacity of your selected room category.
RESERVATION VERIFICATION GUIDELINESTo facilitate a smooth and efficient check-in process, guests are kindly requested to present their booking voucher or reservation confirmation upon arrival at the Front Desk. This will allow our team to promptly verify the reservation details and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
