This hotel has a great location, and it's in the middle of a wild forest, surrounded by nature. The building style was very stylish and comfy and was complete with a beautiful cuisine. The spa has a varied treatment options at affordable prices. The New Year's celebration was very good, great food and the people were very good with the music. Not only that, this is a memorable occasion. This hotel is highly recommended.

Do not suggest staying at the hotel if you plan a wedding. The hotel's position and surroundings are wonderful, and the food is tasty. Sadly, these are the sole advantages of this hotel. Hotels rooms are in decent condition, but without air conditioning or refrigerator. There are no curtains or occupant curtains, so you can have a full dark room. The area is extremely humid, and because there is no ventilation, this makes the room smell. Also, don't count on the hotel to clean your room or change your towels during your stay. We spent three nights, and nothing happened. Some hotels personnel are nice, but overall they don't complain. There was a bed bug problem in one of our guests. The manager did address us and put the blame on our guest, claiming there wasn't any problem with their hotel. They didn't even bother going to the room to check the issue. If you want to call them late in the afternoon, they're demanding that you ask a question over a week's dinnertime that was served without charging any additional payment. Despite this, the breakfast was excellent, but it was really poor with no cereals, no muesli, and forgetting the good variety of vegetables and fruits. On the other hand, you can book at a price of 200 pln for the toast on the terrace that was agreed upon as part of the contract.

This hotel has beautiful grounds and facilities. The staff was really rude to all those on our trip. They ignored us when in reception, the restaurant and bar. This is a shame because the hotel itself and the scenery were nice.

Located in the center of Knyszynska. In the midst of nature. Excellent massages and delicious food. Perfectly balance between old and new. I give it 5 stars. I suggest it.
