Excellent hotel- staff very helpful , room is extremely clean , beds comfortable , location is excellent, just 3mins walk to divine mercy sanctuary and 15 mins walk to PopevJohn pAul sanctuary, I highly recommend if you’re visiting Divinr Mercy and sister Faustins

Lovely small hotel. Very clean, nice staff, free parking, Netflix, Nespreso machine :) It's very near to the tram station, only 10 min ride from city centre. Breakfast is very basic. Overall I would return to this hotel.

I highly suggest this hotel for a short or extended stay. I traveled from Warsaw to Crack with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway. This tiny hotel is where we stumbled upon. From beginning to end, everything was a charm. Our room was really nice and had a view of the small nearby mountains. Everything was spotless, with top-notch furnishings in the space. Amazing cuisine is served in a restaurant that is in this motel. If you like toast for your breakfast, sweet or sour, this is the spot to go! We also had beta and shrink with white choclate, and these desserts were so well made, this was the icing on the cake for the entire experience.

We visited the merci boutique hotel over the weekend with a boyfriend. The only objective was to rest, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and stay in a peaceful environment after a busy work week. The staff was very nice and professional, and the stay was flawless. The pleasant receptionist yank showed us around the hotel when we checked in and described the hotels special features. We were absolutely impressed by this friendly welcome. You truly feel that everyone is treated individually here. Thank you. The room was very comfortable and had everything you might need for a hotel. There was also a tiny balcony with a very beautiful view. Cleaning must be commented separately. The hotel is spotless and well-kept, with lots of vegetation and flowers everywhere. There must be an exaggeration. You need to take pictures of every corner. Of course, special consideration must go to the hotel's restaurant, because the cuisine was incredible and the prices weren't overwhelming. We would like to congratulate chef tome. Finally, but id say it's a big plus that the merci boutique hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, far from noisy roads or busy streets. We are extremely pleased that we located such a location in Kraken, and we will return! Once more, thank you.

I recently visited Kraken from the United Kingdom and visited the temple of divine mercy. It was close to the hotel, which is extremely clean. The cuisine is superb, not only in terms of taste, but also in terms of presentation. Every meal is of high quality and well-priced. Thank you for the delightful stay and the welcoming staff.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Bus, Bahn und Zug sind in unter 5 Gehminuten erreichbar und nach etwa 12 min Fahrzeit ist man in Altstadt. Das Zimmer war in einen sehr guten Zustand, alles war sauber, das Bett war bequem, im Zimmer war es angenehm warm (wir waren zu Silvester zu Gast). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was im Winter natürlich nicht gestört hat. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht groß, allerdings gab es alles was es braucht. Lediglich das Gebäck war wirklich schlecht. Mini-Aufbackbrötchen, sind einfach keine gute Wahl. Schon ein einfaches, frisches Brot wäre entschieden besser gewesen. Als weiteren kleinen Makel, möchte ich nennen, dass es keine kleinen Handtücher gab, was vorallem zum trocknen der Haare meiner Frau gefehlt hat.

Leider waren nach der Zimmerbuchung keine Zimmer im Hotel frei. Nach 2 Stunden hin und her bekamen wir dann ein anderes Hotel in der Nähe.
