In May of this year, my cousin and I were there. We had previously scheduled a private week at the Health Resort Monica as guests. With lodging, food, and a few services, the guest plus package is a hit. Although the apartment with a panoramic outlook had a fantastic view, the view won't compensate for the numerous issues we had to address during our stay. The home was unattractive and plain, complete with white and gray paint. Mattresses were clumsy and uncomfy, and the beds were tiny. No reading lights or side lamps. There were a few minutes to 29 in the large day room, which was mainly useless since most channels were not being connected, and there were no side lamps for reading lamps on the ceiling. Also, it was quite difficult to obtain wifi in the expensive package we paid for. The bathroom was lovely, but every time we took a shower, water from the shower stall was flooding the floor and some of the hallway. There was no solution, thankfully. In the absence of incredibly unpleasant bedding and mud treatment, the treatments were adequate. The food was excellent and delicious. I received 0. 5 when I complained to customer service and requested a partial refund for all our troubles during our stay. It is a joke! I've yet to respond to my written complaint. I feel cheated and robed out of
