When we visit Lisbon, we stay at the Altos Prime and this time we haven't been disappointed. We had a living room and bedroom as well as a kitchenette. This was a real lifesaver because we were exhausted when we came and didn't feel like going out. We were able to purchase some necessities at a supermarket a couple of hundred meters away to get us through the night. The staff was always warm and helpful. Look forward to returning.

We will without a doubt return to Altos Prime when we return to Lisbon. Our family stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms that was enormous. Great space for resting, dining, and enjoying some downtime while not exploring Lisbon. The staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious in the cafe every morning and our children couldn't wait to go down there for breakfast. I especially liked the location, which was easily accessible to many restaurants, transportation, and shops.

I had a great time at the hotel, overall. I spent about 130 euros per night, and I received a sizable apartment, which I considered to be quite reasonable given that I was traveling to lisbon around Christmas, when hotel rates are typically higher than usual. I had the impression that I had obtained a terrific deal. The parquet eduardo entrance is close to the hotel, which is situated in the heart of lisbon's historic district. The famous lisbon party area barry alto, which is also a short stroll away, is also reasonably accessible. The hotel's proximity has two small drawback that it has to climb for two blocks. It is a moderate hill, so it's not too difficult for the average person. The hotel lobby is modest but modernized and spotless. A small restaurant bar is right around it. Behind the front desk are elevators. Unfortunately, they are tiny, and three people with bags are just able to fit there. It was a good thing that they gave me the opportunity to check in to my apartment around 1 a. M. The apartment was nice and modern looking. The couch was quite comfortable, but the bed was too. I was also unhappy about the pillows. I was constantly feeling uncomfortable when I woke up and my back was hurt after hours of spending time starving while I was there. The wifi

We got a spacious room and a good location, just be aware that Lisbon has hills. The service from the employees is excellent. The layout of the room is very well designed, the bathroom is quite large, however, I don't care about the square sinks that don't have contours so that they drain quickly. This hotel also provides them in all the hotels.

We were a group of girls staying in Lisbon for a weekend. The apartment was so stunning, clean, and had everything you needed. Would highly recommend them to anyone staying longer as they have full kitchens including a cooker, fridge, and microwave all utensils. It's about 20 minutes walk from the commercial center, but it's a great walk. On a steep hill, it may not work for people with mobility issues. It wouldn't be a big problem to say that uber is so affordable in Lisbon. The staff is also very courteous and friendly.
