J’ai bien aimé l’hôtel en général Le personnel top (sauf 1 mais bref) tous les autres étaient très très sympa L’endroit top pour les gens que aime la nuit,en pleine rue des bars Si vous voulez du calme,même pas la peine,moi qu’adore l’ambiance c’était l’idéale À pars une personne qu’était vraiment désagréable le reste le séjour est merveilleusement passé

Had a great view of the pool and could see the ocean from our room on the fourth floor. Right on the strip, but we found it wasn’t too loud! Service from the hotel staff was very good, and a great buffet free breakfast. Room was clean. Loved it for the price!

Always enjoy my stay in the hotel. Excellent team on reception, they always remember my name and have a cheerful greeting, always a good start. Hotel has had a make over fresh paint and all sprussed up for the season. They managed my request for a quiet room with pool view perfect for a one night stay. Will return in a few weeks,

Dejligt hotel tæt på byens faciliteter. Fantastisk god pris og dejlig morgenmad. Men der burde stå, at man selv skal have pool håndklæder med eller købe hos dem til€ 25,00 / stk. Glem det, vi købte håndklædet i nær butik til ingen penge. Manglede føntørrer, dette var heller ikke med i prisen men jeg kunne da låne en af holtellet.

Unique location! Easy to get to all the attractions in that area. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel had a dinner option as well. The pool was clean and roomy. Parking was available.

bel hôtel au calme (ça peut faire sourire, mais m'a chambre était côté piscine, au 4e étage avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et sur les 2 belles piscines, au loin on voyait un peut la mer, donc...), côté rue c'était bruyant...1 ou 2 restaurants, 1 bar dans l'hôtel, pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre (m'en fous, je n'ai plus beaucoup de cheveux😂😂je dis cela pour les gens en général...), staff amical, pro, hôtel directement sur le strip d'Albufeira, pratique pour revenir vite se reposer ou dormir 👍par contre, attention les chambres sont avec balcon ET la baie vitrée de la chambre se referme (loquet de fermeture) et se verrouille de l'extérieur si on pousse trop fort la vitre (ça m'est arrivé 2 fois...je voulais en fait garder la clim à l'intérieur et en refermant la vitre de la chambre, elle s'est verrouillée avec le loquet...et voilà !j'étais prisonnier sur le balcon sans pouvoir réouvrir la vitre de la chambre !😁😁sinon, c'est pas trop mal comme hôtel si l'on excepte certaines personnes (UK) bruyantes à toutes heures de la journée, mais surtout de la nuit !2-3-4 heures du mat ça crie dans les couloirs... chambres insonorisées sauf à la porte d'entrée de la chambre... voilà !voilà !(ça reste un bon hôtel en ce qui me concerne...👍😊)

Don’t believe the bad reviews !! Absolutely loves it !! The staff are so helpful and friendly, the room spacious. (Need to bring a hairdryer though) the pool gorgeous, the breakfast fabulous the location is perfect for the strip if your not here to party don’t book but if you are go for it I’ll be back

Excellent amenities. Outstanding staff. Great value for money and I’ll definitely be staying here again. Breakfast, lunch and dinner also great. My only complaint was that they didn’t have contactless payment machines at the time and couldn’t find me an iron for personal use but there is a laundry service.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly. I got booked into the wrong hotel that was under construction so because of the mix up they upgraded me to a sea view room and the views were sublime

Just had one night stay, but they let me check in early and gave me a free upgrade to a suite. After my checkout they let me stay by the pool and kept my luggage safe. Hotel is right on The Strip, so really great location if you wanna party!

Leonardo the chap on reception was brilliant! All other staff were friendly & welcoming too. Some areas were slightly dated & in need of some TLC, but it did not spoil our stay. Breakfast was fresh & had a good array. Didn't eat there in evening, do couldn't comment on dinner there. Great location in middle of everything in the new town. Would recommend paying bit extra for pool view though as street view us right over The Strip - Albufeira's main bar & club drag.
