Nice hotel, helpful front desk for finding a close by restaurant to eat. Used the airport shuttle, arrived on time and very helpful with directions on where to go once we got there.

Pleasantly surprised with our overall experience at the hotel. Excellent friendly helpful staff. The room was newly renovated and very clean! We had to leave early to catch flight and they offered to pack us a boxed breakfast that was very good.

Séjour de 3 nuits. Hôtel à deux pas de la station de métro ou encore d’accès à différent bus de ville. Très propre, bien décoré. Excellent déjeuner le matin et on y trouve de tout (yogourt, céréales, fruits, patiserie, crêpes, pain, œuf, jambon, fromage et bien d’autres). En plus, plusieurs choix de jus et de café. Le personnel est très aidant et nous ont proposé de prendre le taxi au lieu d’un shuttel car le coût est moins dispendieux. On même réservé le taxi et nous avait préparé des boites déjeuners étant donné qu’on partait de l’hôtel pendant la nuit. Nous avons adoré l’hôtel. Service de nettoyage à tous les jours, chose que nous qu’on a moins souvent maintenant dans les hotels. Toutefois, rue très passante et assez bruyant la nuit. Avoir des bouchons nous a aidé à dormir. C’est le seul inconvénient que nous avons eu. Toutefois avec l’air climatisé, le son externe était moins fort!

We had a great stay at Empire Lisbon Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Arroios Metro Station, making it easy to reach all parts of the city. The area is central and we especially enjoyed walking to Cais do Sodré while experiencing the authentic atmosphere of Lisbon along the way. The hotel facilities are excellent, very clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect base for exploring Lisbon and we would happily stay here again.

This was a pretty good stay and price for a hotel so close to the airport. I only needed it for one night so I could fly back home easily the next morning and it did the job. A good tip is that you can easily catch a cheap €7-10 Bolt/Uber to the airport, but just account for at least a 15 min wait time for the app to even assign you a driver. There’s a couple super markets right beside the hotel and the subway is accessible directly outside the hotel too. Very good location wise because of these things. I highly recommend walking to the nearby restaurant “Zubir Churrasqueira” for some quality and very affordable peri peri chicken as well! It was one of the only places I tried with an actually spicy hot sauce. I even walked 5 mins down the street from the hotel and was able to find a cheap €25 carry on suitcase at a random corner store to bring home more souvenirs and goodies. I’m giving this stay five stars as I was pleased with everything I got for my one night stay. Just note that the hallway on my floor smelled a bit musty and the lights weren’t working at the end of the hallway where my room was located, which felt a bit strange. But the room was clean, the balcony was a nice amenity, and the staff was lovely and accommodating. I really enjoyed the free breakfast I caught right before leaving for my flight too. Highly recommend!

We were 6 senior adults traveling together. Your staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with any of our needs. The rooms were spotless. Even behind and above. The cleaning staff really give attention to every detail. We noticed how well and how efficient the breakfast room staff worked together. We can not thank Aurora and Luis enough for all their help and guidance in getting taxis, tours and suggestions for places to eat and see. They really made our vacation very special and we are so grateful for their assistance. We stayed at a few places before coming to your hotel and they were all very nice, but your hotel staff is definitely the winner of best stay ever. Thank you.
