From the moment I arrived until my departure, the staff was warm and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It included a welcome plate of pastries and fresh fruit, a glass bottle of water, a small refrigerator stocked with complimentary drinks, and a bottle of Portuguese sour cherry liqueur. Even though the World Cup celebrations took place every day and the streets were lively, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room remained. The hotel's excellent soundproof windows blocked out the outside noise, allowing me to relax and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. It was the perfect combination of being close to all the excitement while still having a calm and comfortable place to unwind. The hotel's location was next to Rua Augusta Arch and steps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. .Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and great value. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

Everything in this hotel has exceeded my expectations, not only the location is convenient, the staff are all very hospitable, kind and helpful even go out of their way to help like when I checked out very early morning to get to my Uber ride, the gentleman assigned that day,at the reception,23rd of June, 2026, went out of his way to help carry my luggage to the pick up spot I greatly appreciated that gesture.And all of them from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff and hotel reception. I am definitely coming back! I thank them so much from the bottom of my heart.It started with Sarah, when I first register to check in.Thank you so much!

We traveled with a group of 18 people and had an excellent experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Our rooms were beautifully designed, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the large, easy-to-access showers, which were ideal for some members of our group who needed extra accessibility. The front desk team was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and the restaurant staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. Breakfast each morning was very good, with plenty of options, and the quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. The air conditioning worked well, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this hotel provided outstanding service, great food, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Location is central to all landmarks, right at the heart of shopping streets and restaurants Service is excellent. Very efficient when you request for service. Two things to note - we stay on 3rd floor which we can hear the street band playing past 9 pm. To note If you have young children sleeping early. The bathroom door are glass doors !! You can see through when someone showering or using the toilet. there’s a big mirror facing the bathroom which is entirely see thru so there’s no privacy. Overall I would stay here again.
