This is a wonderful brand new hotel just outside of Sintra The hotel offers a great dinner for 28euros. I think it should be added to their description of amenities. I would stay again without thinking

This is a fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay - great room, beautiful grounds, and an amazing outdoor pool. A buffet breakfast was included for us and it was very good. We had supper at the hotel restaurant once - it was also a buffet - and would not recommend it; the staff were lovely but the quality of the food was not worth the price. We would absolutely stay there again without hesitation.

Met problemen gestart, maar super opgelost door de manager. Prachtige ligging, zeer rustig. De kamer was zeer proper en ruim, goed bed en zeer goede kussens. Ontbijt was top . Bij mooi weer kan je ook buiten ontbijten. Je kan 's avonds ter plaatse eten . Zwembad was zalig. Gratis parkeren, alles op wandelafstand en met een taxi kan je naar Sintra gaan voor 5€.

This has been my most wonderful hotel experience so far. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is amazing and the food at breakfast and dinner was delicious! I wanted a quiet place to unwind and just relax by a pool for a couple days after being in the road for few weeks on a road trip and I couldn’t have found a better place. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them. This place is a gem 💎

I have no complaints. From check in (wonderful staff) to check out it was a perfect stay. The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. At check in we were offered a glass of Port. Nice touch. Rooms weee very clean. Highly recommend.

The facilities were amazing! The rooms setup as individual appartments in a enclosed complex were exceptional. The abundance of fruit trees on the property created a garden or plantation feeling. Everything was modern, clean and very welcoming. The restaurant atmosphere was amazing and the food was top notch!. The breakfast buffet was amazing and plentiful. But the homemade jams were simply the best I've wver had. Likely made from the varioys fruits produced directly on their property (pear, peach, apricot or plum, and strawberry). The staff both at the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.the only regret is that we only stayed for 1 night! I know I can only give a maximum of 5 star rating, but I am still giving this property 6 stars out of 5!

Insgesamt hatte ich einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist wirklich hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert. Zwei technische Dinge haben den Komfort jedoch etwas gestört: Die Lüftungen in der Dusche und die in der Toilette waren sehr laut und liefen permanent durch. Das war auf Dauer ziemlich störend. Das Licht auf dem Balkon ließ sich nicht ausschalten. Davon war nur mein Balkon und ein Nachbarbalkon betroffen. Ich habe das Problem zweimal an der Rezeption gemeldet, leider ohne Erfolg. Das Dauerlicht am Abend war sehr nervig.

Hotel novo e muito bonito, com ótimo estacionamento, o que é difícil em Sintra. Fica a 20 minutos a pé do centro histórico, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia. Café da manhã surpreendente! E ainda conseguimos, com a boa vontade da equipe do hotel, um late checkout que foi fundamental para os nossos planos.

The resort is brand new, everything was immaculate. Its almost like a small village. The parking is slightly remote from the rooms, but one of the staff jumped in a golf buggy and chauffeured us from our motorcycle to our room. Ours was a basic room but had everything you might need. The onsite bars are excellent and again the staff were fantastic. The restaurant is lovely and the food amazing, all at a reasonable price. Fantastic place to stop.

Lovely hotel, room clean and smart. Breakfast very good. Staff helpful, minor complaints… phone in room did not work so had to go to reception to order room service, room cleaner did not replace toiletries. Very minor as the rest was excellent.

The hotel has great potential but still many details need to be ironed out and currently I’d rate it more like a good B&B. It’s well -designed, mostly new construction however still incomplete - e.g. the spa was closed, the pool, while beautiful, was unheated and with air temps in the high 60’s /low 70’s was too cold to use. Staffing was minimal - a few people seemed to cover all areas from dining and reception to the bar (we had to request bar service at the reception) and the bar was also poorly stocked (for a hotel). There was just 1 cleaner for the property (!) and although we arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight we had to wait until 3.30 to access our rooms despite the hotel being almost empty when we arrived. The rooms were just okay - we had to switch one of two due to a very strong & overpowering mould odor - perhaps due to being in one of the older buildings - but staff were kind and helpful in that regard. Rooms were partially furnished (the fridge was sitting on the floor, college dorm-style, with a coffee machine perched on top and no table/desk of any kind to place items on). No extractor fan in the bathroom so everything fogged up in seconds, the safe was broken and there were various missing bits in each room (robes/slippers etc.) Many issues were fairly minor but considering the 4* designation we expected a more. The buffet breakfast however was great, fresh and high quality. We would consider a return if these details are addressed.
