I love the size of this large and clean room. The quality of the room was very good. Reception staff was very helpful. The pool area was good, and the pool bar prices were very reasonable. It's only a short distance to the strip. Take a walk to the beach and the old town. A taxi to the old town costs 45 euros.

I would definitely stay in this place again this year because we adore this location so much. This is our third visit and we were never let down. My wife suggested the second room as our dressing room because we were given a double bedroom apartment, which was a welcome surprise. Even though I thought the cups were a little small, the room was complete and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool bar is open from the very beginning of the morning and the staff is very nice and accommodating. The bar also offers meals at reasonable rates and beer costs $2.99. Because of this, we spent most of the nights in different restaurants but always ended up in the tropical bar to end the night. I can't recall the barman's name, but he always provided excellent service. The welcoming back when we made the reservation because it indicated that we had visited there twice before, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent because it's only 5 minutes from the strip and 20 minutes from the old town. We took the tourist train back the night before, which stops nearby, to the old town because it was cloudy. We will be back next year because we appreciate tropical sol for a wonderful trip.

I would strongly recommend this place because it is very clean, has good cleaning service, and all the staff are very friendly. I stayed in these apartments on 28 feb for 14 days. The rooms are quite large, comfy, and luxurious. The receptionist staff is quite friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the area and exploring the old town. Buses are very simple to use with a stop nearby and service is regular.

What a lovely clean hotel with spacious rooms, excellent customer service from the receptionist, pool, cafe, and bar, sunbeds are well arranged, close proximity to the old town and strip, although lots of hills, definitely recommend.

The location is in the old town and the strip which makes the hotel really nice. The friendliness of the staff was great too.

Located in Areias de São João, this modern apart hotel is within a short stroll from the marvellous beach of Praia da Oura and a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs. The old town of Albufeira, other beaches such as Praia de Santa Eulália or Praia dos Pescadores and various excellent golf courses are within easy reach. Faro International Airport is about 40 km away. This property was renovated in 2010 raising 5-storey building with 15 units.
