What an amazing stay! I originally booked at Canario Boutique Hotel, but after seeing the pool at Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel, I decided to transfer my reservation. Best decision ever! So this review is for Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel. Wind Chimes is such a hidden gem in San Juan. It's only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to so many local spots, which was perfect since I was traveling with my son and my dog. The hotel itself is small, charming, and has such a cozy, relaxing feel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. What really made this place special was the staff. We arrived much earlier than expected after a long day of traveling, and they did everything they could to get us into our room as soon as possible. Since I was traveling with my son, they understood how exhausted we were, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I also have to give a special shout out to Wendell. He was so kind from the moment we arrived. He helped us with our luggage, noticed we looked tired and overwhelmed, and even offered drinks to my son and water for my dog. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. It's the little things like that that leave a lasting impression. The hospitality in Puerto Rico is truly something special, and everyone at Wind Chimes made us feel so welcome. We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Location seemed right in the middle of everything. Beach, casino, No BS burgers, Walgreens. And with the sister hotel locations, you have access to a pool, and a spa. Can't wait to go back

Both receptionists I uncounted were great . Me and my brother absolutely loved it here the bed was a 10000000000/10 the best I’ve ever slept on . Other than that a great location to go for a walk with ! Made my Puerto Rico experience really unique . Room had everything we needed for it being very simple so for people who like just a bed and a shower (fridge as well) I’d say this is for you and it also has very friendly people around.

Amazing staff. Great AC. Wonderful & safe location. Staff was excellent at giving recommendations for dining, coffee, etc. No matter the time of day, the staff was great. Hot showers, comfortable bed. Garage valet parking next door at Marriott for $28. Really cool building. We only slept there and got ready in the mornings and the room was perfect for that.

A hidden gem. The property is always clean, very welcoming staff and walking distance to Condado beach. Although it does not have parking if you want to explore outside Condado, this place is a must if you don’t plan to rent a car.

Absolutely loved this little place. Staff were so helpful and accomodating -- couldn't figure out the TV and she came to our room and gave us step by step instructions on how to use. Beautiful shaded little courtyard! Warning -- no elevators! Quiet and safe area near many food/drink options and some shopping a few blocks away. Right next to the casino hotel where you can see the ocean.
