Great spot, friendly staff. Right next to nightlife and food. Parking is on the street, if you can find it. Otherwise, there are pay lots close by.

The hotel was clean and safe. Our room was a perfect temperature and it accommodated us well. It was steps away from the night life which was perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used Uber to get around and it was very inexpensive. I would definitely stay here again.

No one answers when you call. They don’t bring you things needed you have to go to lobby and hope someone is there to help you. We had to clean the penthouse ourselves. The pool is so small. I asked for tissues and they said they can’t replace a new box because they didn’t have anymore left. The room was nice but the area is horrible. Most windows look out to dumpsters and it’s not in old San Juan as advertised. There is no elevator and you have to be buzzed in when you first get there and you just have to wait on a small sidewalk until someone comes to let you in.

Great location, very attentive staff, room was extremely clean. The only downsize is the lack of private parking. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
