I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel is 3 star, old but had excellent service, good breakfast, clean, personal, professional, he's making our stay more than 3 stars. The location and view are also nice, thank you, guys.

We had the option to remain at the intourist motel while visiting the mineral springs region. There is a spa, eatery, and coffee shop in the foyer. In addition to a souvenir stand, there are nicer items in trays for sale. The front desk personnel was efficient if not pleasant. By the elevator, there is a 24-hour security post. The elevators are tiny, actually tiny. There was no one who appeared to care. The room and furnishings were attractive. We had a balcony with a view. Along with an elevator, there is a window that opens for air. We had a to and fridge with complimentary water. A circular shower, robes, a towel warmer, and numerous bathroom sundries were in the bathroom. Breakfast was included and an added treat. It was one of the finest food spreads I have seen in russia. Cold and hot cuisine. It was a self-service bar, and no one ever checked our tickets. We had a great time. The complimentary wifi worked well, and there is evidently airport transportation. I can't speak to parking because we didn't take a risk because it is gated. Additionally, there is a bank machine outside. There are banquet and meeting spaces available. Overall, this hotel was ideal for where we were going. We had no issues besides the tiny elevator and bed, which

Stayed 1 night en route to elbows and 2 nights on the return. The hotel is an unattractive concrete block above the city center. Stayed in room 611 and 619 facing the mountain side of the hotel. Room had twin beds and a small bathroom with a small balcony. It did the job and was clean and comfortable with a working air conditioner. Breakfast is served on the first floor in a banquet hall which gives a lost feeling and the food could have been served in this room, creating a little more atmosphere. The restaurant downstairs on the veranda seems not connected while the food was good, the service was absolutely shocking. A short walk down the hill to the main only? Shopping Street which is fairly modern with a good selection of shops and restaurants.

This hotel is fantastic. I received a junior suite on the first floor which was spacious and comfy. Modern plumbing in the bathroom. Good breakfast spread. Excellent location. Service is poor as usual. This is a good decision if you don't need to be fussy.
