Check-in with Mr. Ahmed was not very pleasant, but Duty Manager Mr. Rayan made my stay wonderful. He upgraded my room to a higher floor (18th floor) and also extended my late check-out, which was very helpful on Friday. The location is excellent, come out from the hotel and just step into Haram from King Abdul Aziz Gate number 1. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Special thanks to Mr. Rayan for his kindness and professionalism.

Pengalaman pertama di Al Safwa Tower Lokasinya sangat strategis. Penerimaan sangat membantu dan cepat dalam memberikan layanan. Kamarnya agak tua tapi bersih dan dapat menampung lebih dari dua orang. Ada tempat tidur tambahan di bawah setiap tempat tidur, jadi tempat tidurnya sedikit lebih tinggi. Sarapan prasmanannya enak. Ada pojok untuk telur goreng. Saya berterima kasih kepada Chef Adel atas kebaikan dan profesionalismenya dalam melayani pelanggan. Barangnya bervariasi dan pelayan dengan cepat mengatur, membersihkan, dan memberikan layanan. Terima kasih kepada mereka. Ada berbagai jenis makanan yang dipanggang, layanan kamar prasmanan lebih dari luar biasa, kualitas makanan dan metode penyajian serta harga sangat baik. Tetangga Alharam. Kami memiliki empat kamar tidur yang menghadap ke jalan samping menuju Alharam, tetapi kami menikmati sholat di masjid agung sambil melihat barisan sholat. Pengalaman menginap yang sempurna untuk umrah di bulan Ramadhan. Restorannya bagus.

My third stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are huge and spacious. One of the best hotels in Makkah in Safwah towers. Service is excellent and iftar was amazing. Just one floor before is the food court where you will find all the restaurants including a very nice Bangladeshi for place. Below that floor are all the shops. Perfect location Alhamdulillah.

Hotel Al Safwa 3 memiliki Menara yang sangat bersih dan bagus. Stafnya membantu dan kooperatif. Ada ruang salat dengan pengeras suara di Masjidil Haram. Di dalam ruangan terdapat pengeras suara yang mengumandangkan adzan ke Masjidil Haram (berguna bagi mereka yang memiliki orang lanjut usia atau orang berkebutuhan khusus yang sulit untuk membawanya salat di kamar bersama Masjidil Haram). Ada keramahtamahan, kopi Arab yang sangat enak, kurma murni dan air yang sangat baik. Ada restoran buka 24 jam, rumah sakit pemerintah dengan ruang gawat darurat untuk menangani krisis wanita, tukang cukur, tempat binatu, kedai kopi yang menghadap Masjidil Haram, toko kelontong, dan toko yang menyediakan segala kebutuhan. Anda tidak akan memikirkan apa pun tanpa menemukannya. Mengenai menara komunikasi, jangkauannya sangat baik. Saya tidak memiliki masalah dengan data seluler (saya tidak tahu tentang Wi-Fi hotel, saya tidak membutuhkannya). Dekat Gerbang Raja Abdulaziz, ke halaman Dia memiliki taksi yang melayani kebutuhan.
