The service provided by themar, fahad, abdullah, and others was excellent. Its a beautiful place to stay with a view of the haram! The breakfast was extensive, but it could use some highquality tea and coffee. I appreciated the offered indonesian options. Although the lift can take a long time, that is the case everywhere.

In summary, the hotel provides a positive experience all around. This hotel is close to the entrance 326 of masjid nabawi, just a short 100 meter walk away. It provides convenience with a nearby convenience shop and numerous shops nearby. The delicious indonesian buffet is the highlight, even though the rooms are generally satisfactory and not overly exclusive. Malaysians can only enjoy the flavors of the indonesian buffet, despite the fact that an arab buffet is available.

The room is a bit small. The view from my room is not good. Plus, the location is perfect, in front of the prophet mosque. The room is neat and clean.

4.6/524 Jul 2024

The location is in front of the nabawi mosque. The room is spacious, and the pillows and duvet are very comfortable. However, their water heater is not working and the elevator is always crowded and troubled.

4.6/519 Jul 2024

The room is small, the window lock is broken, toilet slippers are not provided. Great location, especially for women to reach the mosque.

4.6/512 May 2024

The location of this hotel is its best feature. Apart from that, the rooms were not very clean, the curtains were old and dirty, and the bathtub was damaged. Room service was handled well by abdullah and jamal.

Overall, a fantastic place to stay for umrah with family, and i would love to return in the near future inshaallah! Assalamu alaikum. From 18 th to 22 nd of october 24, my family and i stayed at this hotel. Advantages, excellent location, right behind the qibla and near to masjid nabawi, making it simple to locate space even when the salah starts. There are numerous stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very clean, and the air conditioning worked as expected, no issues there. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful, and they did a great job while we were there. The cafe at reception serves delicious coffee! Cons, the rooms are on the smaller side but perfectly adequate, alhamdulillah! The beds were quite firm but still comfortable. The shower is small, and using it wets everything in the bathroom. The breakfast area appeared to be under construction and not a very pleasant place to be. The buffet breakfast had limited options and the taste was subpar. I suppose thats due to the lower price compared to other hotels in the area. So, there are only minor annoyances and nothing that would disrupt or detract from the experience and atmosphere of the prophets masjid alhamdulillah!.
