I will definitely return. It was one of the most beautiful stays ive ever had, its my first time in jeddah. The hotel is fantastic, the staff is welltrained and experienced, especially mr. Shrouq, who did an excellent job when i made my lastminute reservation before entering the lobby, and he obtained my reservation information, which typically takes some time to appear on the system. It is worth recommending. I initially intended to stay for a few days. The breakfast and service were excellent. Additionally, the downstairs is more practical. Since there are Chinese restaurants nearby, i decided to extend my stay. In addition, considering the price, it offers attractive value in the same neighborhood.4.6/512 Oct 2023

In fairness, the hotel was in need of repair, so this review is somewhat ruined by this. The room was clean, but it had a very musty cigarette smell throughout the entire weeklong stay even though smoking is not permitted. I think it may have been there at one point or that guests did so anyway. Also, even with the thermostat set lower and the shades pulled closed while leaving the room in complete darkness for days, it never got cooler than 23 deg. This was unfortunate because the rooms city view was excellent. Just couldnt get past the warm room and mustier, stale smell. Breakfast was adequate, and all the service staff were very polite. Executive lounge was marginal and certainly not as nice as many other hotels. Service was about the best feature of the lounge. A colleague who stayed at the same hotel had an identical experience. However, downstairs lobby was nice and very clean. Overall, this is at least rated, although at this time, we wouldnt rate it any higher.4.6/54 Oct 2023

I had a very comfortable nights sleep thanks to the comfy bed! Although i think the hotels decor is dated, it is immaculate, and the breakfast waiter was excellent! Its quite handy to shop because there is an enormous supermarket and shopping mall right next to this hotel!.Location

Starting 10th June 2025, all pilgrims must book their accommodation in advance at the licensed and approved hotels by the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi before applying for an Umrah visa. All accommodation contracts must be submitted electronically through the Nusuk Masar platform for verification and confirmation. The visa application can be processed once the accommodation is confirmed.
