A truly wonderful hotel. I had a great time staying there. The location is close to al-Haram and all essential services such as food outlets, kfc, a pharmacy, gift shops, and much more. It offers a fantastic view of al-Haram, excellent rooms, highly professional reception staff, room service, and laundry staff. It was truly a great experience.

Terima kasih.

The breakfast is more than adequate, and the service is always available when you need it. I stayed in the room 2013 and remember that room keeper his name was very nice and gentle.

Terima kasih.

The hotel is decent, with plenty of elevators to ensure you dont feel crowded. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. The man from pakistan, whose name escapes me, is a delightful individual. He maintains a lovely smile while tidying the room.

Ya ampun, mereka memiliki resepsionis, semoga Tuhan melindungi kita darinya.

Prasmanan cukup memadai. Kebersihan dan pelayanan staf sangat baik. Mahfuz, salah satu petugas kebersihan, sangat membantu dan penuh perhatian. Dia melakukan pekerjaan yang luar biasa. Terima kasih banyak atas segalanya.

Hotelnya sangat bagus sekali.
