Saya mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di Masa Al Najwa Hotel. Staf sangat ramah dan terdapat toko dan binatu di sebelah hotel. Sangat nyaman! Kamarnya bersih dan perbandingan harga-kinerjanya bagus. Satu-satunya negatif adalah jarak ke Masjid Nabawi dan pintu toilet rusak. Secara keseluruhan, rekomendasi yang jelas!

I stayed in Madinah for 14 days and the stay was amazing. There were 6 of us in total, and the room I booked was huge enough to accommodate all of our stuffs. Convenience stores are a lot and extremely nearby, same goes for restaurants. You can choose to walk (15-20 minutes) or take a taxi/uber (5-10 minutes) to Masjid Nabawi. The hotel staffs are friendly, understand english, and accommodate your needs throughout the stay. Overall, I am truly satisfied with it and recommend it, especially for those who want to do DIY umrah.

Ukuran kamarnya rata-rata. Bangunannya sudah tua. Tidak ada TV atau lemari di dalam kamar. Liftnya sangat kecil, hanya bisa memuat dua orang. Jika Anda membawa barang bawaan, Anda harus naik turun beberapa kali untuk memindahkan barang-barang Anda. Ada toko bahan makanan di dekatnya, tetapi tidak menyediakan semua yang Anda butuhkan. Anda harus menempuh perjalanan jauh untuk menemukan toko bahan makanan yang lengkap. Kebersihannya cukup baik.

I was there for three days. The staff was super cooperative, helpful, and very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and very affordable one. One of the things I like about the staff is being at the reception almost all of the time, just in case you need help and believe me they will help you with a smile on their faces.
