Everything was perfect the only thing to be worked hard is frequent shuttle service from hotel to haram to hotel.apart from shuttle service everything is perfect.keeta is the best service for ordering the food.

Best budget hotel in Saudi Arabia so far. Room was large enough and clean, seperate shower area and shuttle service was a life saver. Special thanks to the lady on the front desk who was always very helpful and the shuttle driver who always picks up his phone.

Franchement tres beau sejour. Les chambres sont propre et tres spacieuses. La chose a améliorer cest le petit dejeuner un peu limite mais bon voila . On en a pour notre argent. Le frere a la reception est tres gentil. Pour la distance du haram il y a une navette a des heures bien precise. Si vous rater la navette , soit le taxi soit le 11. Le 11 cest les jambes. Environ 25 minute en marchant bien. Il faut etre en forme. Voila. Sinon franchement piir les petits budgets il est vraiment sympa. Je n'hesiterai pas a le reprendre.

Tout était nickel, le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré et varié, chambre très spacieuse avec coin repas (microwave). Le personnel était coopératif et je voudrai inciter l'agent Montassir de la réception qui était à la hauteur. Seul bémol, la navette n'a jamais était à l'heure et le haram est très loin ce qui nous incite à payer Uber

Unfortunately little far from the mosque not walkable. We had issues with hot water but we didn’t bring it up to the management because we hardly stay in the room we spent most of our time in Haram.The room was spacious and the air conditioning was working properly. The staff are very good. Overall great 😊

The property was clean, but the rooms were not cleaned; you asked the front desk. There was zero customer service. Some staff were playing on their phones while you were talking to them. The hotel is far away from Haram; the hotel offers a shuttle bus, which either leaves early or comes late. Breakfast is the same every day, and there are limited choices.

We booked a non smoking room but the room was filled smoke stench. The bathroom wasn't clean. Sink was stinking. It is more like a private property rather than a hotel. No greeting at the front 0 customer service.
