Checking out was easy and the staff seemed reasonable. The rooms were clean. The bed was fine but the bathroom lacked towels and other sundry items which we had to request. It was fine for a nofrills stay. If you have very high standards, please look elsewhere.

Highly recommended! What a great hotel! The hotel is situated on the southern east side of the central area of the haram, making it one of the best experiences in madinah! Free parking is provided, but there arent many spaces available, and there are only first come, first served bases. The room is immaculate, and there are six elevators available. The staff is extremely supportive and provides excellent hospitality, particularly ms. Saba, who has a very professional manner.

I will definitely stay here again! The hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk from gate 326, which is on the women side. I am staying with my family for five nights. Checkin was very smooth. Sister Saba is a very professional and kind lady. She was very helpful. We got a very nice and large quadruple room on the second floor, which allows us to use stairs when lifts are occupied. I am very impressed with the size of the room - after four beds, there is still a lot of space. The bathroom is also good smelling, which was our concern after reading some online reviews. The room service guy on our floor is also very cooperative.

Hotel gelap, kamar kecil dan koridor sangat sempit. Kamar mandi tidak dilengkapi dengan baik. Ketika saya sampai di sana, saya meminta handuk karena handuk kamar tidak cukup untuk saya, jadi staf meminta saya untuk masuk ke kamar untuk memastikan bahwa tidak ada handuk. Saya tidak merekomendasikannya sama sekali. Moral staf sangat buruk.

Hotel ini sangat indah dari segala aspek, mulai dari kebersihan, pelayanan, parkir, hingga staf resepsionisnya. Saya sangat bersyukur karena setiap riyal yang dihabiskan di dalamnya. Meskipun agak jauh dari Masjid Nabawi, namun ada pahalanya karena sudah termasuk kelas tiga. Namun, ini jauh lebih baik daripada beberapa hotel kelas dua lainnya.

Saya ingin mengatakan apa yang bisa saya katakan dan apa yang bisa saya jadikan hotel mewah dengan cita rasa tenang dan indah sekali lagi, Insya Allah Secara artifisial salah satu hotel terindah di sisi utara. Kamarnya nyaman dan dekorasinya membuka jiwa. Penerimaan dan semua stafnya elegan. Layanan kamar cepat dan memberi mereka kesejahteraan. Bahkan memasuki hotel pun terasa cepat dan parkir tersedia. Di sisi lain, masa menginapnya sangat menyenangkan. Saya dan keluarga bersenang-senang di dalamnya dan berharap kami telah memilihnya sejak hari pertama kami tiba. Di dalamnya adalah kota Insulasi suara dari pekerjaan konstruksi tetangga, artinya tidak ada gangguan dan internet juga cepat, Insya Allah Ambillah dan rasakan nyaman. Satu-satunya negatif adalah agak jauh dari Haram, tetapi cuacanya normal dan jalannya bagus Terima kasih Hotel Wakaf Othman dan Insya Allah kami akan berkunjung lagi.

Lokasinya dekat dengan masjid, pelayanannya sangat ramah dan sabar, bell boynya sangat membantu, Wifi bagus, kamar bersih dan dingin, semua fasilitas di kamar lengkap, kamar 209 sangat memuaskan. Namun, karena cuacanya dingin, agak lama untuk mendapatkan air hangat untuk mandi.
