The hotel is dusty, vacuuming had to be requested separately. The gym is also dusty. There are many kettles all across the hotel. The receptionist advised me to ask those who had already brought the kettle to their room for one when I asked for one. Breakfast is a separate issue. The same thing happened every day, despite the fact that there is a very colorful video with breakfasts on Instagram, which I have not seen in a month of living. There was almost no fruit and dark bread. There was occasionally not very clean cutlery and crockery. Paper napkins were occasionally insufficient. When I requested a napkin, the cafeteria employee offered me paper and said that the napkins were gone. There is no coffee maker and lobby bar. Tea is also not included on the breakfast menu. It's uncommon to travel to the center, and there are no cafes serving delectable food or beverages nearby the hotel. However, a shopping center and a large park are both within walking distance.

I highly recommend this hotel. When I stayed at sumadija hotel, I had a great experience. The room was comfortable and very clean, the food was excellent, and the hotel staff were always polite and professional. The internet connection was slow on the first day, but their tech guy quickly fixed it.

We had a great time at Sumadija Hotel. Amazing service, and wonderful staff. That is what makes an unforgettable experience. Hotel is located in a great location. The food was delicious and the room was very nice and peaceful.

I will undoubtedly return there. I will not make any reservations there. We contacted i. Sumadija for assistance after having a bad booking experience in Belgrade. We were able to reserve rooms for 20 people in less than 12 hours. They were wonderful. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the cuisine was fantastic. They had flexible meal schedules and were willing to change them to accommodate us. For being good guests, they even offered us some chocolates as gifts. I was astonished by the way we were treated here after a bad experience at the previous hotel. Each member of the personnel was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were so thrilled that we used the hotel again for the second time and didn't regret it. I only have positive comments about the price 1010.

It's easy to get a bus from here. But the breakfast is the same every day and it can be boring eating the same food. The restaurant staff is helpful but not very friendly, but everyone else is very helpful and polite.
