Saya akan mengatakannya apa adanya, lokasi yang tak tertandingi, layanan hebat dari staf, kamar dan ruang publik yang sangat ketinggalan jaman. Kami tinggal di sini selama dua minggu dan membutuhkan unit 3 BR yang cukup sulit ditemukan di kota ini dan ini adalah satu-satunya yang kami dapatkan. Unit pertama yang kami tempati berada dalam kondisi sangat buruk, catnya terkelupas, berbau apek, furnitur tua, peralatan elektronik tua, kap lampu menguning. Saya meminta pindah kamar lalu malam berikutnya dan mendapatkan unit "baru direnovasi". Lebih baik, tetapi sebagian besar masalahnya masih ada, hanya pada tingkat yang lebih rendah. Jujurnya, mengingat lokasinya yang sangat bagus, harga yang mereka tetapkan mencerminkan kondisi unit. Resepsionis sopan dan membantu, dan tim pemeliharaan bahkan lebih baik lagi. Jika saya bisa membayar lebih untuk unit yang kondisinya lebih baik, saya akan melakukannya, tetapi tidak ada dalam daftar. Kamar yang sangat bagus dan nyaman. Banyak fasilitas dan banyak saluran TV. 5 Menit berjalan kaki dari beberapa pusat perbelanjaan dan 1 blok dari jalan Orchard. Ini adalah apartemen dengan pelayanan yang sangat baik. Stafnya profesional dan mereka membantu kami kapan pun diperlukan. Kebersihan datang setiap dua hari sekali kecuali pada hari Minggu. Mereka memberi kami keranjang selamat datang yang penuh dengan barang-barang penting. Dapur memiliki oven, microwave, pemanggang roti, kompor gas, ketel, dan peralatan makan. If you want to stay in the center of shopping districts, this is the perfect place. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the train station, which is also very close. You can find a lot of food and convenience stores close by because there are many shopping malls in the area. The equipment in the rooms and the kitchen were quite old. However, most necessities are still there. And because this is a serviced apartment, there is a kitchen. The gym was well maintained. The staff was courteous and attentive.

Suitenya bagus banget. Sangat bersih dan ada kolam renang yang bagus di luar. Sangat dekat dengan Orchard Road. Toko dan kereta atau MRT hanya 2- 3 menit berjalan kaki. The location is good, steps from orchard rd, the mrt and the size of the apartments. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The apartments are immaculately clean. The lobby area, although dated, is amazingly maintained. The pool area is fine. Common bathrooms, changing rooms and laundry leave a lot to be desired. The rest of the building, from the moment you step outside your apartment, is very dated and wear and tear. Dusty, floors badly need polish and scrub down, paint chipped and doors scratched. The playing courts also need to be upgraded. The main wing looks good, but the annex with 1 bedroom lofts has a bad approach and makes the dated architecture look even worse. The spiral staircase is most inconvenient to go up and down. The furniture is in great condition. To give the management credit, they are currently paining the building, but this again makes it difficult to keep blinds open with paint hanging around the building all day. So, in short, you have to balance space and location with dated before you decide to stay here.
