This is very amazing location, this hotel has a beautiful setting and a kind staff. I enjoyed our stay in this place. It's very convenient to take a day trip to enjoy this place, especially the way up to Desoto. I highly recommend this to other travelers.

I came here for the second time in a year. We had a great time. The personnel is very welcoming and accommodating. There was a great variety and cuisine. We had a great time attending the New Years Eve celebration and counting down with guests and staff. There is live music and karaoke in the comfortable lounge area. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were quite tidy. The location of our rooms, which were far away from one another and had no view, was the only negative aspect. We had made a reservation online, which was why. This is contrary to my sentiment. I didn't see any privacy because, during the day, when people in the parking lot or passing cars were looking into the room, we had to close the curtains. This was a disappointment because there was no net inner curtain. Forget about the natural light. However, overall the experience was lovely and tranquil.

An engaging visit. The setting is stunning, the environment is spectacular, and the hiking trails are beautiful. The events team does a fantastic job organizing walks and entertaining events. The best aspects were the cleaning employees, the event entertainment employees, and the lady at the curio shop thing. Now on the downs that may affect some individualss decision to visit this resort. I'm hoping the management can take some notes here. 1. The checkin procedure was like a bank. Your keys, the information sheet, and goodbye are here. She didn't even tell us we had been upgraded to a larger room, so I assumed we had received what we paid for. It was a larger room with a beautiful balcony and view. Our honeymoon gift included a lovely towel figure. The meal options are limited. Only a buffet for lunch and supper, or a la carte lunch by the pool. A very limited selection of cheese, cold meat, and coffees. They refused to notify us the next day. Despite receiving a few words, the personnel were all unpleasant, untrained, and indifferent. There is no way you could ever anticipate getting extended stay because the hotels service is of poor quality. I was able to get ice because the pool outside was nice, but I had a very special bottle of champagne and other appealing beverages for myself in the space. As a result, I went to under
