Guests are required to make a reservation at least 1 day prior to the check-in date for the package room types.
Premium double and Suite double rooms has different views for each room, each floor. Not all rooms have ocean views and Refunds does not apply.
- When moving around the hotel with your dog, you must carry the dog yourself or use a pet carrier.
- Dogs must wear a diaper or manners belt in the room and throughout the hotel.
- If in-room staff service is required, the dog must be kept in a carrier or secured with a fixed 2-meter leash for safety.
- The hotel and its staff will not be held responsible for accidents or missing dogs caused by the owner’s negligence.
- Dogs that bark excessively or show aggressive behavior will be required to leave without a refund.
- If a dog soils the hotel bedding, laundry charges will apply.

- Breakfast packages are based on two guests. For three guests, an additional breakfast fee for the third guest can be paid on-site.

[Important Information for Guests Bringing Dogs]
- Designated dog-friendly rooms are operated separately. Dogs are strictly prohibited in standard rooms.
- If you bring a dog after booking a standard room, check-in may be refused. No cancellation or refund will be provided in such cases.
- Designated floors for dog-friendly rooms: Floors 4–5

- Permitted dogs: One domesticated small dog weighing 10 kg or less
- An additional fee of KRW 30,000 per dog will apply if more than one dog is brought.
- Only dogs are permitted. Other animals, including cats, are not allowed.
- If a dog exceeding the permitted limit is found without prior notice, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 per dog will be charged. Please contact the hotel reservation office in advance at 051-743-0003.
- When going out, please take your dog with you whenever possible.
- If you leave your dog alone in the room and a serious noise complaint is received due to excessive barking, you may be required to leave without a refund. Please use the dog lounge on the third floor, which is operated as a paid rental facility, if necessary.
- Dog amenities may vary by room, and specific rooms cannot be requested in advance.
- When booking a dog-friendly room, please provide the breed and weight of the accompanying dog.
- Please clean up your dog’s waste before check-out. A separate cleaning fee of KRW 50,000 will be charged if the waste is not collected.
- Collecting dog waste is basic pet etiquette and is also a legal obligation under Article 13 of the Animal Protection Act.
- Legally designated dangerous dogs, dogs under three months old, and other highly aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited from staying at the property or using its facilities.
- Dogs must be free of infectious diseases and must have received the five core vaccinations and a rabies vaccination within the past two years.

[Parking Information]
- Paid parking is available for one vehicle per room.
- Parking fee: KRW 10,000 per vehicle per night
- Tower parking is available at KRW 10,000 per vehicle per night.
- Please pay the parking fee at the parking area when checking out.
- Large vehicles, including Carnival vehicles, large foreign SUVs, and Bonggo vans, must use the outdoor parking area.
* Please confirm the eligible vehicle types at the parking area on the day of check-in.
- Six large vehicles can be parked in the underground parking area.
- Additional fees may apply when entering or exiting the outdoor parking area during your stay.

[Room and Other Information]
- Due to concerns about the outdoor bathtub freezing, Premier Ocean & Bubble rooms will be sold as Deluxe Ocean rooms during winter, from 15 December 2025 to 31 March 2026.
- For stays of two nights or more, in-room cleaning will be provided between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
* In-room cleaning cannot be requested after 5:00 PM.
- At check-in, all guests must provide a credit or debit card number as a security card in case of smoking, damage, or loss in the room.
* Check-in will not be permitted and no refund will be provided if the card information is not provided.

[Possibility of Standard Double Handicap Room Assignment]
- Guests who book a Standard Double room may be assigned a handicap-accessible room depending on availability.

- A Standard Double room may be randomly assigned as a barrier-free room with no steps and safety bars in the bathroom, designed for guests with disabilities.
