Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und die umliegenden Bushaltestellen bedienen alle Himmelsrichtungen. Auch die Anreise vom Bahnhof, dieser liegt ca. 20 Autominuten von der eigentlichen Stadt entfernt, war somit sehr bequem. Das Hotel selbst ist noch Recht neu und allgemein sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war klein, so dass wir mit zwei großen Koffern etwas Tetris spielen mussten, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das WiFi hat einwandfrei funktioniert und auch die Klimaanlage ist leicht über die TV Fernbedienung zu steuern. Das Team ist sehr hilfsbereit, spricht gutes Englisch, und bietet proaktiv Zimmerreinigung, Handtuchwechsel, etc. an. Das Housekeeping Team ist noch einmal eine Klasse für sich, alle fünf sind unglaublich freundlich und fleißig. Wir waren in sechs Hotels während unseres Urlaubs und hier hatten wir mit Abstand die größte Gastfreundlichkeit erlebt. Das Frühstück bietet aus westlicher Sicht eine sehr geringe Auswahl, die anderen (zumeist koreanischen) Gäste waren aber augenscheinlich zufrieden. :) Es gibt jedoch Brot und Butter - wir hatten uns noch Käse aus einem Convenience Store geholt und waren damit dann auch glücklich. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight des Hotels, das ich nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte. Raucherbereiche (außen) sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wasser liegt kostenfrei in der Lobby bereit. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen, wenn man sich mit der Zimmergröße arrangieren kann.

L'hotel fourni des bouteilles d'eau et en met à disposition, ainsi que des masques pour le visage, merci. La taille de la chambre était vraiment juste pour 2 personnes. A peine la place d'ouvrir 2 grosses valises. Nous avons été surpris que l'hotel ne fournisse pas de grandes serviettes mais uniquement des serviettes de la taille de serviettes à mains! On nous a indiqué que c'est la taille utilisée en Corée, pour autant, dans les autres hotels nous avons eu de grandes serviettes...

Rooms are clean, but very small. Even the deluxe room we rented for additional money was quite small •⁠ ⁠WIFI was basically dysfunctional in the room. Would connect but no bandwidth - maybe someone else was hogging the net, but for us it was Dysfunctional •⁠ ⁠⁠the breakfast is very very marginal. for koreans there is ramen soup. Some fried sausages and some tomatoes. Some bread, butter, and jelly. Nothing else. For westerners there are 2 frying pans and raw eggs. Nothing to really make an omlette. No knives to cut some tomatoes or the sausage…. •⁠ ⁠⁠no tea at breakfast, just coffee. •⁠ ⁠⁠breakfast area is like a kitchenette in a small apartment - ineffecient and crowded. • at the buffet there is always something missing - either bread or sausages. • Insted of a larger kitchen there is a 2 huge TV projection system running k-pop 24/7 . •⁠ ⁠⁠Korean breakfast staff does not speak English at all - nothing. •⁠ ⁠⁠The highlight are the Philippino staff who speak the best English in the whole staff. They are kind and helpful. •⁠ ⁠⁠towels in the bathroom are smaller than standard US hand towels. •⁠ ⁠⁠No tea in the room •⁠ ⁠⁠AC usage requires Korean language skills. We could not make it work the first night and got almost stifled. My wife had to leave the room in the middle of the night to catch fresh air. •⁠ ⁠⁠ •⁠ ⁠⁠Don’t be misled by the name Giverny and expect something special •⁠ ⁠⁠Our room upgrade was definitely not worth it
