The room isn't as big as it appears, but it appears to be fairly pleasant upon entering the room despite the pleasant ambiance of the space, sanitation is a problem that deducted the scores I could give. On the towel bowl were some hairs, including underarm or other body hair. There was also a trash can of facial cleaner on the sink. This is what happened in my room. Later, we checked out and returned for luggage. On rainy days, we would like to use the restroom before getting to the airport. There was no toilet, but we were so determined to go. The receptionist finally allowed us to use the toilet in the ground floor room and demanded that we avoid making it filthy as it had already been cleaned up. However, I discovered a toothbrush on the sink. After room filling, I don't think using a toothbrush on the sink is permitted. It is good that we can use water refills.

The hotel was lovely and fresh, close to the subway line. The staff was helpful and the check was done promptly. Our rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The shower temperature and room lighting were controlled by a panel, which we had never heard before, so you might want to play with it first. Breakfast was served in the basement, which could be overcrowded with numerous tourists. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!.

The location is in the southwest of Seoul. The location is very lively, clean, and easy access to the subway on line 2 5. There are many good restaurants in this area, there is something for everyone. We only stayed at the hotel for one night because we were traveling from London, so we were a very tired traveler. The Maru staff were friendly and helpful, with some English spoken. The new hotel has some very modern trends in the rooms, and it's better to be a little accustomed to using gadgets to turn on lights and hot water. The check in staff made it seem so easy, and it was! The bed was slightly firm, we believe. A fantastic wet room with all the amenities you'd need for a business trip to Seoul or simply to see this wonderful city. Traditional Korean food was served in the basement restaurant. Unfortunately, as this was a business trip, the hotel was paid for us! But I would pay to stay here as it has a great location and is really clean! Please don't call your guests at am to tell them breakfast is being served!.

I am happy to be a guest at this hotel. I like the room because it's comfortable and has an elegant interior. And I really like the toilet because it is so clean and has sophisticated electrical appliances in my unit. I also like the view of the mountains from my room.
