Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Breakfast is not provided if the day after the stay is a weekday, even if the stay was on a Sunday or public holiday.
Examples:
If you stay on Sunday and the next day (Monday) is a weekday, breakfast will not be provided.
If you stay on May 5th (Children’s Day holiday) and May 6th is a weekday, breakfast will not be provided.
If you stay on June 6th (Memorial Day) and the next day (June 7th) is a Saturday or Sunday, breakfast will be provided.


Important Information & Notices
[Information]
From 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM, guests must carry their room key in order to use the elevator.
All rooms are non-smoking. A KRW 100,000 room cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in the room.
Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, TVING, and Watcha are available free of charge in all rooms.
All rooms are regularly disinfected by CESCO.
All rooms are equipped with a wind-free air conditioner, air purifier, air dresser, and private Wi-Fi (based on room number).
Self-service laundry, umbrella rental, and self-service EV charging are available.
(EV charging is subject to an additional fee.)
Only one parking space per room is available.

[Important Notes]
The use of balloons and party supplies is prohibited, and prior consultation is required.
Guests are liable for any damage to the room or facilities, including staining of bedding caused by hair dye.
Except for family members, mixed-gender occupancy of 3 or 4 guests in one room is not allowed. In such cases, guests may be required to check out without refund, in the presence of the police.
Minors must provide a guardian’s accommodation consent form as shown on the family registry, and check-in is only allowed after confirmation with the guardian by phone.
If minors are found to be involved in mixed-gender stays, drinking, or smoking, they will be required to leave without refund after the guardian is contacted.
After check-out, food, toiletries, and cosmetics left in the room will be discarded during cleaning. All other items will be kept as lost property for one month before disposal.

Infants aged 13 months and older are included in the guest count.

[Additional Charges]
The number of guests included in the reservation is shown on the booking confirmation.
Please check the reserved number of guests and the maximum occupancy. Any unpaid amount must be paid on-site.
However, the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
From the standard occupancy up to the maximum occupancy, an additional KRW 10,000 per person will be charged (KRW 30,000 during peak season).Children under 12 months old are exempt from the additional charge.
The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. If guests arrive exceeding the maximum occupancy, no refund will be provided, and the room must be used according to the occupancy limit.
