Paid Parking at this property is available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 4 vehicles.
Among them, 1 space is only available for a vehicle with a remote control.

If the parking spaces are full, guests will need to use an external paid parking lot, so please kindly check before making a reservation.

- How to Issue Room Key
At the self-service kiosk:
1. Enter the reservation holder's name or reservation number.
2. Verify your age using an ID card.
The room key will be issued. The reservation number is the last 4 digits of the reservation number from the website where you made your reservation.
- Charges apply from age 0 and up, and you must check the total number of people when making a reservation.

[Non-smoking building]
- Penalty fine and cleaning fee applies if caught smoking inside the room.
(Double room 100,000~300,000 KRW, Quadruple room 160,000~480,000 KRW, Suite room 600,000~1,800,000 KRW)
- Outdoor Smoking: Avoid smoking near the doors or windows of neighboring buildings. Neighbors may file complaints or report it to the authorities.

[Upon Check-out]
- Dishes & Cookware: Please wash and organize them for the next guest.
- Dishwashing Penalty: Fee applies if dishes are left unwashed. Additional fees may apply for excessive trash.
(Double room : 20,000 KRW, Quadruple room: 40,000 KRW, Suite room : 120,000 KRW)
- Recycling & Food waste: Please use the outdoor recycling zone & food waste bin on the outside if possible. If difficult, you may gather it in one place inside the room.
- How to return the room key: Press ‘Checkout’ at the kiosk and insert the key back into the slot where you received it.
※ Please note that if the room key is not returned, your checkout will not be processed, and a late check-out fee may apply.
- Prohibitions: Penalties apply for driving nails into walls, or committing any illegal or unlawful acts inside the room.
- Lost & Found: Items are kept for 3 days and then discarded.
