This boutique hotel was so cute, with a very young vibe (we are late 50s traveling with a 19 and 21 year old) The reviews said there was no elevator, but there was indeed an elevator! The desk staff was super friendly and helpful always. You have to ask to have the room cleaned or if you need towels, more toilet paper etc. but that was easy enough to do. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. AC was heavenly. Super great feature: free ramen bar in the basement! Also a little karaoke booth where our girls paid 1000 won (67 cents) per song and had a blast singing to their favorite K-pop songs. Our favorite front desk staff guy actually treated them to two free songs to get them started. He was amazing-I wish we had gotten his name. So kind and friendly and helpful. A note about the surrounding area-it looked a little “gritty” when we arrived; it’s in a warren of back alleyways and there was trash piled up and honestly we were a little concerned at first. HOWEVER… it turned out to be a great little neighborhood with tons of restaurants and coffee shops and a 7-11 very close (you must have a 7-11 near your hotel trust me). Also very close to the Gwangjang Market. Very safe super authentic area. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

新しくてまだ新築の匂いがするようなきれいなホテルでした。地下一階の設備は使わなかったのですが、袋のラーメンを炊ける？機械も洗濯機あったりして次回は是非使いたいです。チェックインの際に英語で説明をもらったのですが、正直何を言ってるか半分以上わからなくて…日本語でも説明書きがあると嬉しいです。

Location is new, and everything is super clean and freshly renovated. I stayed a week here and no complaints; the rooms are very comfortable from beds to sheets to maid service. The staff is wonderful, and can commicate easily across different languages. 5 minute walk to Jungro 5 station which can get you all over Seoul easily. Hotel is tucked down a sidestreet, so it's peaceful at night and there are plenty of food options right there. Highly reccomend this hotel and wish them all the success.

Hotellet var supermodernt och rent. Personalen var helt underbara och vill man ha något prisvärt, rent och prydligt som ligger centralt är detta hotell enastående. Helt underbar personal som hjälpte till och bistod med den hjälp vi behövde under vistelsen. Vi fick till och med ansiktsmaskar att testa och vid utcheckning fick vi var sin nyckelring som en sista gåva och minne från dem. Rekommenderas starkt.

初めて利用しました。部屋の内装は新しいのかとても綺麗で清潔でしたが、浴室の清掃が気になりました。これが通常なのか、うっかり忘れたのかという感じです。男性スタッフはとても愛想が良く親切でした。ホテルなのにかけ布団がふかふかで軽くていいのですが、掛けていると暑く、掛けないとエアコンがよく効いて寒かったです。調整すればいいのかもしれません。 1Fにアメニティの販売機があります。タオルはまだやわらかく気持ちよかったです。エレベーターあります。（早い）ドライヤーが日本のものよりいい！ドレッサーのような大きな鏡は洗面台のところだけです。浴槽あります。お湯も水圧も十分です。パジャマはありません。仁川からリムジンバスで着くと遠いので、荷物が多ければタクシーになりますね。

立地はカンジャン市場へ徒歩5分程度。バス停も近く明洞、東大門へもすぐに行ける。東大門へは歩いて行くこともできました。初日、ホテルに着くまでネイバーマップを利用しましたが慣れずに何度もウロウロ…実際に分かるとこんな近いんだー、と思いました。フロントの方の対応も良く部屋も清潔度がありました。シャワーの勢いも良い。周りは食べ物屋というか飲み屋？が何件かあるのでうるさいかと思いましたが夜の10時くらいには閉まり静かでした。全体的に良かったです。またリピートする候補には充分です。残念な点はカードキーの反応が悪く何度もかざして入りました。そしてドアの閉まりが悪く、手でギュッと押して閉めました。シャワーとトイレの間仕切りもなくカーテンもないので、シャワーが終わるとトイレもベチャベチャです。海外あるあるですかね。しかし充分満足出来ました。ありがとうございます。

Very cute, well located place. The staff was very useful with the gentleman at the front being very accommodating and kind! He went above and beyond to help us get a taxi and helped with even putting the luggage in the car. All in all we had a pleasant one night stay. It was just very pricey for what you got but a lot of Seoul was booked up because of children’s day.

1 star — Serious Reservation Error I booked two nights at this hotel through Expedia. On my last night, I returned at 9:30pm to find all my personal belongings had been packed and removed from my room without my consent. The hotel had made a clerical error — my reservation was switched with another guest who only booked one night. When I showed staff my Expedia confirmation proving I had paid for two nights, they acknowledged the error but said no rooms were available. Communication was very difficult due to significant language barriers. I was transferred to a sister hotel against my wishes at nearly 10pm — exhausted and distressed. The experience was deeply upsetting, particularly as an international traveler alone in a foreign country. Advice for future travelers: Get written confirmation of your exact room assignment at check-in Keep your Expedia confirmation easily accessible Consider calling ahead to confirm your reservation details on check-out day I would not stay here again.

1人の若い女スタッフの対応が悪すぎる。ハンドミラーが自然に壊れてしまったけど、めんどくさいので弁償するって言ったのに言葉がわからないと始終ずっと不機嫌にされました。通訳を挟んでも悪態な対応は変わらず、弁償しましたがもう2度と行きたくないです。ルームクリーニングも頼んだのに忘れられたのも、本当に最悪でした。これから行かれる方は韓国語か英語を話せる方じゃないと厳しいと思います。
