Your destination is the SL Hotel building.
Please enter the building and park on floors 2–4.
NovaStay and SL Hotel operate separately in the same building.
Please do not request check-in or assistance from SL Hotel staff.

1. Arrival & Parking
- Park on floors 2–4 upon arrival
- If full, staff will assist with tower parking (takes about 30 minutes to retrieve your car, so request 30 minutes in advance)
- If all parking is full, call NovaStay for assistance

2. Contactless Check-in
- Room assignment will be notified on the morning of your stay
- For same-day bookings, room assignment is sent after reservation notification
- No check-in procedure; after 2 PM, go directly to your room
- Open the room door directly; the room key is inside
- Only one access key is provided (take it with you when leaving); the power key should remain plugged in

3. Multi-night Stay Care
- No room cleaning for up to 3 nights
- Towels, water, and tissue will be placed in front of your room each morning

4. Check-out
- Leave the key in the room and ensure the door is not fully locked
