Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is required by 11:00.
Check-in is available until 22:00. If you plan to check in after 22:00, you must contact the front desk in advance. Without prior notice, check-in may be restricted.
Check-out must be completed within the designated time. An additional fee may be charged for late check-out beyond the designated time.
Early access before check-in may be available if rooms are available. Please contact the front desk before check-in. An additional fee applies.

Reservations will be confirmed based on the operating hours of the Reservations Office. (09:00~16:00; closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays)
If the reservation cannot be confirmed, you will be notified separately by text message, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
If no contact information is provided or incorrect contact information is provided, we may be unable to notify you of the confirmation or cancellation, and we will not be responsible for any resulting disadvantages.
